We chose Serengeti Clarity because of their reliability of their responses from the beginning, thank you Frank for being so on top of it- we really had a lot of companies that we reached out to but felt most comfortable in you. We also felt confident in speaking with them because they really cared about our interest and tailored our experience to how we wanted to see. When we got to Tanzania we were not disappointed. We really had the best time and exceeded our expectations. Not only the surrounding is just breathtaking and also the excitement of knowing you’ll be going on an epic safari trip, but our guide Ayubu is just amazing. I truly believe that the experience is reflected to the care of your guide. He was so caring to our interest of animals on which we wanted to see and he has an eye 👁️ that is unbelievable. He can spot things that my partner and I would never notice in a million years to begin with. We are so thankful for our guide Ayubu and can’t imagine what it would be like if we hadn’t gone with Serengeti Clarity. We ended the trip with Ngorongoro Crater and we were almost done with seeing the Big 5. Ayubu was determined in helping us see the black rhino and after patience, and circling we found it! Guide was Knowledgeable, experienced, always making an effort to improve our journey.
Our adventure with Serengeti Clarity was amazing to say the least. Apart from the beautiful scenery, and the exciting wild animal spotting, everything was carefully planned out, while still being able to adjust the schedule to your desires. But all in all, the biggest factor for my enthusiasm was the tour guide, Kelvin. As a member of the Maasai tribe we had the opportunity to learn first hand all about their interesting culture, habits and nature that otherwise we wouldn’t know. We even visited one of their villages! Furthermore, he is extremely knowledgeable about every national parks. He knew every hidden animal spot, giving us the chance to spot all kinds of animals: rhinos, lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes just to name a few. We even saw a cheetah HUNT! (One of the highlights of the trip) Every step of the way I felt safe, he knew every road, even at dawn when there was barely any light he knew the way!
I recommended this Serengeti Clarity to everyone looking to do a safari, all thanks to Kelvin.

Knowledgeable, extremely friendly and funny
It was an unforgettable experience filled with wild animals, people and breathtaking scenery. Everything in the tour felt fresh and new. Kelvin, our tour guide, showed and taught us something new everyday. In addition, he was extremely helpful with all our questions and needs. His knowledge about the landscape, the animals and the history of Tanzania due to his experiences are something that cannot be found elsewhere, allowing us to find even the smallest and unknown gems of the parks. It was an exceptional journey filled with everything we expected and more, from the beautiful zebras, hippopotamus and the antelope to the magnificent lions. As well as experiencing the rare sight of a cheetah hunting! Contrary to most people beliefs, these were not the only memorable moments of this trip. Kelvin also provided us with deep insights to the Maasai tribe, showing us all their unique culture and habits as well as taking us to visit one of their small but friendly village to experience all of it in first hand.
I definitely recommend embarking on this wonderful adventure with Serengeti Clarity and all thanks to Kelvin!

We just finished a five day safari through the Serengeti which we booked through Serengeti Clarity.
Our guide, Kelvin, provided an excellent service. He made sure we checked all the boxes we came to check and went above and beyond.
The accommodations were very nice as well.
The whole trip felt seamless and we truly enjoyed it.

I highly recommend Ayub, my guide—he was top tier. When we were telling other people what we had seen, they couldn’t believe it.
Serengeti Clarity (SC) was one of a few outfits I had reached out to and what I liked was Frank’s quick responses on WhatsApp. However, that didn’t always work in our favor as he indicated that our flights were included in the WhatsApp conversation but not the pdf. My advice to you is IF IT’S NOT IN THE PRESENTATION PDF IT IS NOT INCLUDED. So have every company you do business with itemize every single thing that is in your package. Is it full board? Which excursions are included in the price? Which specific accommodations? If you are arranging your own flights, which time is best for your itinerary? Think all that through. Frank was really apologetic about the mistake and went out of his way to make it up to us. I think that is the important takeaway from this scenario.
Having said that, you are probably wondering why my review is still so high—my Safari was just that amazing.
Frank gave me several options in my price range and I just did your standard reading pf reviews to find accommodations I was happy with. Every hotel was as described and we never paid for food only wine at the hotels.
One of the things that set SC apart beyond Ayub, was the food. We were stuffed everyday from scrumptious homemade meals. There was none of the boxed meals so many outfits provided. We had a full spread family style meal at every lunch in the field. It felt more special and less like I was a kid in elementary school on a field trip. They also provided wine or beer as an option.
Every place we went asked about food allergies and sincerely went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The hospitality here was top notch.
At the end of the day, every outfit visits the same place. The vehicles for safari are interchangeable; the people you entrust with your safety are not. I am glad we took our chance on Serengeti Clarity because I gained a lifetime of memories for having done so. Hakuna Matata

An experience like none other
My experience with them has been simply amazing. To put it into words is simply not enough because it surpassed every expectation anybody could have. The team and crew that put together our safari is brilliant and very humble especially when answering our queries. They were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home despite being thousands of miles away from home. The experience was absolutely worth it and a total worth of ur money. Our tour guide, Kelvin was also very knowledgable and always managed to educate us on the culture and the animals as well. He felt like a part of our family during our safari. He always managed to get us at the right spot at the right time for all the sightings. Without him and his brilliant knowledge and effort, getting all the big 5 would be a challenge. However due to his expertise, it was a breeze and very wonderfully done.
