Friendly but inexperienced
2/5

Review of experience with Afrinature in December 2023, 3 day private safari of Serengeti+Ngorongoro.
As this was part of our honeymoon, we hoped for a much better experience.

Vehicle:
- Our car was much older compared to other safari cars.
- Day 1: Car #1 had starting issues after the first stop and problems with the fridge and power outlets.
- Day 2: Unexpected refueling in the park. Car #1 broke down at 13:20. After a 30-minute wait, we were squeezed into a full safari car until Serengeti Main Gate. We then waited 2 hours for another ride, arriving at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge at 18:10. Lost 2 hours of private safari time.
- Day 3: Car #2 was even older, with a non-functional fridge and no middle sockets.

Flights
- Departure flight had a check-in name issue.
- Return flight was changed to 16:30 from Arusha instead of 20:20 from Kilimanjaro, cutting our Ngorongoro time by 2.5 hours. We had to eat in the car due to the rush, and we were informed of the change only at 11 am on the same day.

Accommodations
- No issues with Kutoka Lodge or the two Serena Lodges.

Meals
- The plan stated hot meals, but we received lunch boxes, which included meat on the first day despite our dietary restrictions. This change wasn't communicated, and we saw other groups with hot meals.

Recap
- Missed ~4.5 hours of safari.
- Spent ~2 hours in a shared ride instead of a private one.
- Lunch meals were not as advertised.
- Poor vehicle conditions.

Considering these issues, we request a refund of 10% of the total cost, which despite been agreed and reminded countless times, we are yet to receive.

The best Safari tour company in Tanzania
5/5

We had the trip of our lifetime! Mr Ezra organized everything, from our flight, to pick up, to hotels and the tour with a driver and guide (Proches).
The special treat was that he flew a cake for us so we could celebrate our anniversary. The hotels he chose were amazing and I cannot recommend any other Safari tour agency. Our tour guide, Proches, was so kind and patient and stopped at the best spots for photos. He drove very carefully and we managed to go to Serengueti, Norongoro and Tarangire in 3/4 days. At the end of our tour, Mr Ezra drove us across the border to Nairobi and what impressed us the most is that 100% of what was planned was delivered. Thank you Afrinature Expeditions for such a memorable trip.

Adventure of a Lifetime!!
5/5

If you’re looking to book a safari in Tanzania, look no further!

We had an amazing experience with Afrinature Beauty Expeditions which already started ahead of our trip. We reached out to several safari companies but our preference for Afrinature Beauty Expeditions quickly became clear, and importantly for us, it is locally operated and fully ethical. Our point of contact Ezra was very communicative, available, and helpful. He created a very professional itinerary based on our initial wishes. Afterwards, Ezra was always available to call to discuss finalisations. He made it clear that it was our trip, and we could personalise how we wanted to, but provided the right suggestions based on his experience. His pre-safari briefing gave us all the information on what to bring and what to expect!

We decided to go for a four day, three night safari. Starting at Tarangire, then Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and lastly two days in the Serengeti. The morning of day 1, we were punctually picked up from our accomodation with a fully equipped safari car; open roof; plenty of water; beers; charging station; and binoculars. Ezra waved us goodbye as our guide, Greyson, and us embarked on our trip.

Ezra had selected Greyson as our guide. We couldn’t have been happier. Not only was Greyson a skilful driver and ensured safety on the sometimes rough roads, he was also very professional, approachable, and respectful to the environment. He is very attentive and can anticipate the customer’s wants and needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest in setting expectations. Although he never promised to complete the Big Five, due to knowing his way around the park and his natural instinct, we were able to see everything we could have hoped for. Even a rhino in the Serengeti! Keep in mind what Greyson says: go in with no expectations because nature does its own thing.

Afrinature Beauty Expeditions booked really nice accomodations for us. The first night we stayed at a beautiful lodge (Suricata Boma Lodge) overlooking Lake Manyara. The other two nights we stayed in luxury tents in the middle of the Serengeti (Kenzan Luxury Mobile Camp), where buffalos and hyenas were roaming around right outside our tent. At both places the staff and food were amazing, including accomodating to some of our gluten- and lactose-free requirements.

Even during the trip, Ezra remained very attentive and would send us brief texts at the end of each day to make sure everything was fine and we had everything we needed.

We are so happy to have selected Afrinature Beauty Expeditions for our trip, and will forever be thankful for the experiences we had. Asante sana!!!!

A tour full of Adventure and hospitality .The visit to the ngorongoro was memorable and serenity.
5/5

This tour company was very welcoming and kind to us since our arrival .they showed us kindness from stoping by the roadside to have great views of the vast plains . When we went in side the safari national parks they educated us about many species of animals and endangerd trees . Tanzania is a beautifull country and more interesting if you got a chance to explore it with caring and friendly tour operators such as Afrinature Beauty Expedition ..
They booked hotels wich were more great than what we expected from the budget we had .I really loved how panctual they were, we didn't experience any delays . Hoping to see you 2023 during vocation .kudos ,,keep up
