Extremely experienced and professional
We had the very best time on our safari! We didn’t have to think about or plan a thing! Our guide was incredible at showing us all the sites along the way, finding every animal we could imagine, and being so knowledgeable about everything we encountered. He was also extremely patient with our 3 year old and all of his questions. Our Julian is now an expert in all things Kenya and will have lifelong memories thanks to his favorite Mr. Harrison. Lilian and her team were all incredible about planning and communicating with us so we always knew what was going on and what we were doing. We will absolutely use her and her team again!

Amazing tour operator with great communication skills who provided us a memorable experience
We booked an excursion with Africa Rebound Safaris and it was a positive experience from beginning to end. Right from the start, our head of travel (Lilian) engaged with us to discuss our priorities for the adventure. She custom-tailored a package that fulfilled all of our requirements, at a reasonable price. They also assisted us with acquiring our visas, and made sure we wouldn't have any problems with immigration.
We then arrived to Kenya, without any issues and our journey began. We were matched with an awesome tour guide by the name of Martin.
Martin is a very knowledgeable and experienced person, who was able to answer virtually any questions we had related to wild animals, but also about the Kenyan culture and way of living. He is passionate about his work and tries to transmit that same passion to others. This gentleman made our safari experience so much nicer than I expected. Finally, the tour operator even arranged transport for us at the end of the safari, ensuring we made it bake safely to the airport.
I would like to sincerely thank Lilian, Martin, and all of the Africa Rebound Saffari team for providing us outstanding customer service and a memorable overall experience. I will recommend this operator to all friends and family who intend visit Africa.

Thanks to Africa Rebound Safaris we made a lifetime experience that we will never forget!
Lilian, the responsible of African Rebounds Safaris, organized for us a wonderful trip to Tsavo West and Amboseli National Parc. She was very patient and listened very very well to all our questions, needs and dreams for this unforgettable experience. She made several different offers for us always again adjusting to our needs and wishes till we found an option that we could afford and that fitted perfectly to our two families (3 adults and four kids). She made it possible that we could travel a lot by train and that we could stay in two lodges that we loved and see all the big fives and many other animals with a wonderful guide that gave us all the time we needed to appriciate all the animals and wonderful nature in the park. The trip was also perfectly adapted to our kids (7,9,11 and 13 years old).

Exceptional
Africa Rebound Safaris superpower are its people. Up until this superb experience, I had never been a firm believer in procuring the services of an agency to organise one’s holidays. Lilian and team, recognising that we were traveling with a 4 year old, chose and organised for us the best experience in Maasai Mara national park and at the Kenyan coast. Africa Rebound Safaris driver/tour-guide was patient, super friendly and with an encyclopaedic knowledge about wild life. He knew just about every nook and cranny of the vast game park resulting in spotting 4 out of the 5 big five! The highlight was the surprise picnic in the wild that they organised on the last day of the tour. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Friendly, reliable and customer-orientated.
In short, the safari was a dream come true. 🥰 We booked the safari on recommendation. The communication was always pleasant. Questions and concerns were answered quickly and we always felt that we were in good hands. We spent two nights on safari in the Masai Mara and booked a private safari.
It was very worthwhile because it allowed us to personalise the safari and discover much more of Kenya. Our guide was open, cordial, had a great deal of knowledge and experience and we also felt safe and in good hands with him.
