In one word, GREAT
We have just made a trip to Kenya (safari and a few days on the beach in Lamu) and the truth is that it has been great. From the first moment, I mean when we started planning the trip, until we were back home with all our suitcases, they have taken care that everything goes smoothly. Martin, our guide, who spoke perfect Spanish, has been responsible for making everything interesting and extremely pleasant for us, easily adapting to our particularities. I must say that we were traveling with two little girls and they also enjoyed the trip very much without any setbacks. A great professional and a great person. At the agency, Ngatia and Lilian have gone out of their way to prepare a trip for us in the best conditions. The hotels (tents in several cases), excellents. Anyway, I don't know what I could say other than that the trip has exceeded our expectations

Absolutely amazing
My family and I just got back from a great family-friendly vacation in Mombasa. Africa Rebound Safaris organised everything and made our trip easy and fun. Lilian was very knowledgeable and offered great advice on what to do in Mombasa and the surrounding areas. The train ride from Nairobi to Mombasa was an unforgettable experience and allowed us to spot lots of wildlife like elephants along the way.
Soon as we arrived at the Mombasa train terminus, the temperatures were HOT, but our guide was already waiting for us with some cold refreshments ready to shuttle us to our hotel on the south coast.
Upon arrival at Diani Sea Resort, the kids were so excited to explore their surroundings. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The family room was perfect for us, and the boys even got their own room within the room. The palm trees and sea view were amazing.
The pool was so much fun, with a great water slide the kids could not get enough of, allowing me and my husband to relax with some cocktails on the sun lounger knowing the kids were safe. We even got to try some water sports, like volleyball and scuba diving, which the kids absolutely enjoyed. The food and evening entertainment was also great and the kids were enthralled by the traditional dances.
Lilian from Africa Rebound Safaris also organised some fantastic day excursions for us, including a visit to the Nairobi National Park and Giraffe Centre. The pick-ups and drop-offs were very punctual, and the tour guide was great. My family and I are already planning our return trip to Mombasa as the kids just cannot get enough of it especially Diani.

They deliver an experience beyond what's advertised
Planning the trip was so easy because they had a payment plan so it was easy to save. Fast, effective and comprehensive communication about the itinerary, what to expect. For me it was a solo trip to Loiyangalani/Lake Turkana/Marsabit with a group of other ladies I didn't know but they made the experience fun and easy to enjoy. I'd definitely say I got excellent service and value for my money. I would book with them again and again.

Africa Rebound Safaris, they offered us excellent services. Our itinerary was upto our expectations and information was delivered promptly and clear. We were offered a variety of hotels to choose from according to our budget. The transfers to and from the hotel were prompt, the van was clean and the driver very professional.

I had the pleasure of using Africa Rebound Safaris tour operator during my visit to Kenya in the spring. They conjured up a mind-blowingly personalized itinerary that took me on a mesmerizing journey through the vibrant city of Nairobi, a jaw-dropping safari adventure, and a blissful beach escape. This intricate masterpiece of an itinerary involved booking tickets for planes, trains, and even local flights, leaving me in awe of their expertise and attention to detail.
We were extremely pleased with the tour. The hotels were excellent, and their restaurant recommendations were fantastic. The safari guides were knowledgeable, and we had a great experience at the resort. The tour operator regularly checked on us, promptly responded to our requests day and night, and had a thorough understanding of immigration rules and procedures. They even arranged for a person to conduct our COVID test at our hotel. Talk about VIP treatment!
I was particularly impressed when, on our last flight, we were about to miss our connection. Our superhero tour operator magically appeared at the airport, whisking us from one terminal to another, saving the day and ensuring we didn't miss our flight. They went above and beyond our expectations.
Overall, we were thrilled with our trip, and the tour operator's exceptional service made it even more memorable.

They are client oriented and quite knowlegeable
They recently organized a short trip for my family and I and we really had fun. Knowledgeable response to our taste and preferences and readily available in cases of clarifications.
