Is very professional, nice, and focused on pleasing the customer.
I had two long week ends with Pumba Adventure during my trip in Uganda, for the visit of Queen Elizabeth, and the Sipi falls+Jinja. It was a real pleasure to share time with Louis that is very professional and nice. He knows very well Uganda and has a good network so that he can be flexible and always adapt the trip to our wishes. For example, he has been able find chimpanzees tracking session for us whereas it was not on originaly on the plan. It was perfect

It was an owesome time with Pumba Tours, we left our hotel in kampala were they arrived on time. And as we hit the road their was professionalism in the driver as he was extra careful. The car was neat and relaxing, we arrived first to the top of the falls and later went to rest in our hotel. In morning it was gamedrive and all tge tour was excellent time as our guide well explained all details we needed to know. We'll done pumba we lookforward to tour again with you.

Outstanding experience in the wilderness with Pumba
Louis and his entire team (Patrick, Herbert, Allan) were so professional, very neat as individuals and their cars were always very neat during our stay in Murchison falls N/P.
Communication was key and all activities were on time. I would travel with them any day, any time at any given opportunity.

There customer care is great, my tour guide was Allan, his such a great and friendly guy, he was knowledgeable about the animals. All I can say, it was an amazing experience

Perfect organization, top selection of accomodation, first class driving service
We were travelling with Louis, the CEO of Pumba Adventures Tours and Travel. Louis is an excellent manager of every situation. He offered top service, perfect selected accomodations. He has a fantasic knowledge of the wilderness and wildlife and he explained everything about animals, wildlife etc.... The offered service was excellent and the cost/performance ratio was very good.
The tour covered Murchison Falls, Kipale NP, Queen Elizabeth NP and Bwindi NP. Within 7 days a very wide range of the Uganda wildlife and landscape was covered. Through the whole tour we always felt comfotable. Louis is a very prudent driver and we felt save in every situation.
Thanks to Louis and the whole Pumba team for this fantastic trip.
