Professionality and sympathy
We are completely satisfied by the service they provided to us. Communication was easy and quick via email and WhatsApp. Every question was addressed rapidly.
Payments were secure and the trip definitely worth the money we spent.
Edward, our guide, was superb. He was always professional, and he gave us the most of this experience without forgetting the respect of animals and nature. We couldn't suggest him more.

Serengeti, Ngorongoro, lake Manyara... all the names are refilled knowledges and memories after the Safari journey with Ro Scavenger. We booked 4 jeeps this time, the team is so experienced in wildlife, track down the animals when they catch any sign, which makes us feel our jeeps have also become the animals lived there. Everyone is so smart and attentive, fully supportive of us when we met some issue in hotel. In the end of ten days journey, I just feel like I was with old friends!!

Our honeymoon trip with RO Scavenger was amazing. From the great communication prior to the trip via WhatsApp, coordinated time arrival pick ups and drops off, well explained routes and safari information, to the great energy of our safari guide Edward! We saw all the Big 5 animals and almost every listed animal in Serengeti, Ndutu, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. Everything was extremely safe and Edward make our time really fun and insightful. He went out of his way to do his best to ensure we saw everything we wanted! We even were able to spot certain sightings that are hard to find. A very reliable and professional tour operator.
RO Scavenger Safaris was a delightful surprise on this trip. Thanks to them, I saw many scenes that I had only dreamed of, and even witnessed two lion hunts in a single day. Silas, the person in charge, was very responsible and considerate, doing his best to meet all our needs. Fredy, the guide, was very knowledgeable about animals and birds and kept sharing interesting facts with us. I learned a lot from him. If I ever come to Tanzania again, I would definitely want to work with them again.

Excellent Tanzanian Adventure
We went on safari with RO Scavengers for 7 days and had a great time with some amazing and intimate moments spotting the wildlife and seeing nature in action. Having been back in the cold damp UK for nearly 2 weeks now we are still looking back very fondly on our time spent spotting animals with our friends and our guide Edward who was absolutely superb. Silas and Robert in the office gave great service throughout the planning, booking and execution stages and Silas was always on hand and very responsive to any queries we had.
We moved accommodation every day to see different areas but in hindsight might have chosen just two, our favourites being Ndutu and Ngorongoro as they provided the best game viewing, however that is dependant on time of year and you should take advice from RO on the best locations for your intended travel dates. All the accommodation provided was a good standard and we stayed at 3 tented camps and particularly enjoyed these which all had lovely tented accommodation with en-suite facilities and hot and cold running water with no bucket showers.
Top tip would be to take some US dollars as they are accepted everywhere and not all of the tented camps and some other places accepted credit cards.
Following our safari we spent a week in Zanzibar at a beach resort with a few day trips out all organised by RO along with the internal flights and transfers. Again the accommodation was great, we stayed on an all inclusive basis at Ocean Paradise which was perfect for our needs, providing good rooms, we had Ocean Front villas. The food was varied and good quality and the location was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
One particular trip we took was called the “Mamas of Zanzibar” and this was truly authentic and a great way to really understand life from a local perspective.
We thoroughly recommend a booking with RO Scavengers and Edward was certainly an excellent guide and travelling companion, helping us out with anything and everything we needed.
