I selected Ramja Safari from a myriad of other options based on Steve Muinde being very responsive to my queries on WhatsApp and him being very accommodative to my diet requirements.
Steve promptly met us at our hotel and introduced us to our safari guide Peter. After introductions we were on our way to our 7 day safari.
The resorts / lodges that Steve had booked us in were all uniformly excellent with personalized service.
Peter was a safe driver and an excellent safari guide always making sure we get to see the animals of Kenya in their best light. He always accommodated our schedule changes as much as possible and when not possible explained to us the logistical challenges.
On the last day we had a lunch together after we had 6-7 hours to kill before our flight back home. Peter made sure that we were well taken care of before the flight back home - discussing our options and dropping us off in a bar where we could kill some time before our flight.
Ramja Safari did an amazing job and we had a highly enjoyable week in Kenya.

Communications about the trip before, during and after the actual trip was butter smooth. Steve is very responsive on all queries. Our driver Peter was very informative and responsible. My tour guide Samuel was just awesome: he has a huge knowledge about Kenya and its wildlife, and further more he made me feel comfortable and safe at any time.
