Excellent service
It was my first time in Kenya and I’m glad we booked through Ramja Safari. They were very accommodating, kind and made sure that our trip would be flawless. We booked the safari at the last minute but Steve was very responsive from the moment we asked for the quote. Communication was very easy, and Steve always quick to respond. We had an outstanding experience with Ramja Safari in March 2024, thanks to their incredibly responsive and efficient service. Steve was a marvel, securing a fantastic last-minute deal in a breathtaking location in Masai Mara. Despite the short notice, he found us superb accommodation, and an amazing guide (James), ensuring a seamless and memorable trip. He was incredibly flexible, accommodating changes to our itinerary without hesitation . Steve also put a lot of efforts and provided great advice for accomodation on the coast, near Watamu/ Malindi.

Our operator, Steve, has been very patient and professional. We discussed the itinerary online through WeChat, and despite the 5-hour time difference, he always responded quickly. Our tour guide, Sam, is a "Silver guide" with over 10 years of guiding experience. He is kind, thoughtful, and professional. It seems like he has a Google map in his brain, as he knows every small route across Kenya. He was born with binoculars, as he can recognize animals in the far horizon line with the naked eye. Most importantly, we were deeply impressed by his genuine love and care for wild animals.

My tour guide Samuel was just awesome: he has a huge knowledge about Kenya and its wildlife, and further more he made me feel comfortable and safe at any time. Thanks to Samuel’s spontaneity and organizing skills I even had the possibility to add an additional horse excursion at the end of the trip.
The next time I am in Kenya, I will definitely book through Ramja Safaris again. Try to ask for Samuel as your tour guide, he has a very responsible approach to nature and it’s animals.
