Isaac, is charismatic, flexible and willing! He was knowledgeable of the area. We saw the Big 5!
The safari itself has breathtaking views! Experiencing it with Ramja Safaris made the experience even more worthwhile. Isaac our guide was very experienced and timely. He arrived for each game drive on time and gave us facts about the animals we saw along the way. Our vehicle was fully stocked with water each time.
Steve coordinated the trip for us which gave us a sense of ease. He organized transportation to and from, and lunch on our return as well.
I highly recommend booking with Ramja Safaris! They are welcoming to everyone. Our group felt extremely comfortable because we knew we were in great hands.

Amazing Experience with Top Notch Hospitality
This safari was one of my best travel experiences ever! Steve’s communication is top notch and ultimately the reason why my group decided to book with Ramja. He not only gave us all the information we needed for the Safari travel, but was even able to answer some of our non-Safari related questions, as we were a big group of first time Kenya visitors. I was unfortunately injured during this trip and walking with a cane, but our tour guide Issac made sure that I was comfortable during each game drive and at the airstrip. Overall this team is very knowledgable and professional & yet still managed to make us feel like family. I’m so glad we booked with Ramja and I’ve already begun recommending them to my family and friends planning their trips to Kenya!

A local family-owned business, provides a tailored Kenyan safari experience
We used Ramja Safaris for our 7-day trip to Kenya in September 2024. The owner, Steve, was easy to work with throughout the planning process and was very responsive and transparent during our communication via email and Whatsapp.
We started the process by getting a quote for a 6-night safari trip using the SafariBookings website. My wife and I wanted to make a couple of lodging upgrades. Steve accommodated these requests and also suggested itinerary adjustments to optimize our trip.
I was very impressed that Steve and his wife Jackie greeted us at the airport in Nairobi at 4:00 AM to make sure that our trip was off to a smooth start. They also met us at the very end of our trip to hear about our experience.
We had 2 great guides during our safari trip, Moses and Isaac. Both of them were easy going, knowledgeable and passionate about the safari experience. We really enjoyed our safari experience with them and were impressed by the stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and the warm hospitality of the local people.
Overall, we were glad to work with Ramja Safaris, a locally owned family business. If you’re considering a trip to Kenya, we highly recommend them for a personalized experience.

EXCEPTIONAL GUIDE AND EXPERIENCE 10/10!
Steve from Ramja Safaris IS THE BEST TOUR OPERATOR AND EXPERIENCE CURATOR. I have traveled to so many countries where we have taken tours and booked experiences however none of this experiences compared to the care, thought, consideration and attention to detail like Steve and his team. I have to be honest, we were booking a safari for a group of 7 and encountered what could have been a potential dishonest vendor prior to finding Steve! (AND I AM SO HAPPY WE DID!) From the moment you meet and communicate with Steve you know you were in good hands! He was able to navigate our trip without us having to worry about anything from providing us transformation from the airport to our hotel upon arrival in Nairobi, to booking the Safari hotel that we wanted (despite another vendor telling us they were sold out!), to providing Safari game drive experiences and booking our travel to and from the Masai Mara. It felt like we were truly taken care of and did not have to worry about anything! His drivers were all so professional and navigated Nairobi traffic like pros (if you know Nairobi driving/traffic you know what I’m talking about 😂) The biggest highlight of the trip was our Safari game driver I.S.S.A.C!!!!!!! My dream has been to go on a safari and Issac and Steve made my dream come true is exceptional fashion!! We only had 2 days at the Safari reserve which limits your odds of seeing the big 5 but ISSAC made it happen! We saw lions, leopards, elephants, Cape buffalos. The only one we did not see was a black rhino but 4/5 is exceptional!! Issac was chasing our favorite animals and really worked to make this trip so enjoyable!! Not to mention we laughed so hard on Safari! Looking around at other vehicles they were not having as good a time as we were and sometimes that is worth more than seeing the animals!!! In addition, Issac made time for us to see everything we could possibly see in 2 days. We visited the Masai village and that experience was the highlight of the trip for me. After returning from safari Steve surprised us with lunch and truly checked in to make sure we enjoyed our trip and were satisfied. It was clear that he was invested in us having a great experience and this is such a rarity in the world we live in!! Steve, Issac and George thank you so much for providing us with an experience we could only dream of. Sharing your time, kindness and care with us has been so invaluable and we are blessed to have met you. I would ONLY recommend this team and company for anyone I know traveling to Nairobi or the Safari areas in Kenya/Tanzania! 10/10 recommend and I will be back!! ❤️

Ramja Safaris provided personalized and detailed organization with excellent communication.
We picked Ramja Safaris because we were impressed right away by owner Steve's communication. He was transparent, quick to respond, and understood our goals for our trip. He helped us fully customize our itinerary, accommodations, local flights and even provided some options so we could make decisions that best fit our interests and budget. Steve was available via Whats App and email during the planning process. He and his wife Jackie even met us at the airport when we landed at 3:30am just to make sure our trip was off to a smooth start.
We had two guides during our trip, Moses and Isaack. Both guides were extremely passionate about the Safari experience. They were as excited as us for good animal sightings. We really felt that they cared about our experience and wanted us to have a good trip. The were knowledgable, easy going and great people to share our experience with. What a fantastic trip with Ramja safaris! Steve always responds promptly and he offered us a highly customisable and efficiency safari plan. Our driver Sam who is very humorous and knowledgeable. His experience assisted us in taking lots of gorgeous valuable pictures during the trip were greatly appreciated.

BEST GUIDES ON EARTH!!!
Awwwww man I don't know where to start. Lets first start with communication OKKKAAAYYYYYYY. From beginning to end the communication was SUPERB. Detailed itinerary with what we were doing each day and what was included each day. Who we would see when we arrived, pickup times and fees were very clear and consise. Upon meeting you get a warm welcome and introduction. Transport was on time and had enough space for our group of 7, water and smiles were provided each and every day. One of our initial drivers was George of the Town with his so called magic water lol and once we got to Masai we had theeee most amazing driver named Issac. Issac is literally our homeboy now we got pictures with him, we made him jump for a gravity shot, we made animal noises together or should I say he laughed at my animal noises :D .. ISSAC helped make us feel truly protected and taken care of during our stay there. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND ISSAC as your Masai tour guide ...when he gets the drop on where the animals are at my guy takes off and gets you there ASAP ok so hold onto your wig. We had a blast at Masai Mara with the Mara Serena staff, singing making music and dancing. TRULY AMAZING YALL. To end it off thee one and only STEVE blessed us with a meal at an AMAZING all you can eat restaurant with an amazing ambiance and thee most beautifully dressed employees. This company really gains your trust being well organized, on time and communicative and don't ever drop the ball. You must book with them when you visit amd I guarantee you will not be dissapointed. The larger your group the better. Im a flight attendant and have been many places in the world and this is hands down one of THEE BEST trips and experiences I have EVER had in my ENTIRE 35 yrs of LIFE. I truly felt the love, the care , the respect, the vibes, the culture, the fun, the protection and the feeling of being at a home away from home on this trip. George of the town, George of the bush, Issac, Steve and everyone else we came in contact with...JOB WELL DONE. You have touched our entire New York Crew beyond imagination and yall will forever be in our hearts. Outstanding arrangements - excellent tour
We were guided by Sammie. Steve, the owner of the company was super responsive and attentive to all our needs in the months leading to the trip. Amazing Trip in Kenya
10days ago，me and my big family ,totally 9 adults and 2 kids,had an amazing trip with Ramja. Although Ramja is news founded company ,but both the boss Steve and the stuff are senior players who had more than 15 years experience on safaris. The safaris are really well arranged. Our guide Issac and Sammy treat us very well and was professional on the wild animals, and if you had any request ,you could easily talk to them ,they would definitely try their best to fulfill. I would like to recommend them to my friends in future.

An unforgettable trip
This was a very memorable trip. When we communicated about the itinerary in the early stage, Steve responded very promptly and his Chinese was excellent. Our trip lasted for 9 days and 8 nights, during which we had many experiences that were new to us, such as the hot air balloon safari in the Masai Mara grassland, where we saw rhinos, leopards, lions, etc. Our guide, Naf, was also very easy-going and did his best to meet our requirements. This is definitely an unforgettable trip.
