We found our tour operator very knowledgeable, obliging and helpful.

was good value for money. Everything was done on time. Habil, our tour guide was great company and handled everything that arose efficiently and in a very relaxed manner. He is the best driver we've ever been with...... I'd love to visit the Massai Mara again..... Just loved it...

Excellent & Timely
I book safari with Gemfiders and Safaris, the communicating was perfect, they planned everything perfectly and quick to reply. My 3 days to Masai Mara was amazing, the hotel was a budget one within our means, they exceeded our expectations. I'll always recommend them.

Perfection!
Our driver was punctual, educative, helpful, and kind. While we didn't manage to see all the big five, we were able to see a few animals including lions, zebras, and crocodiles, just to mention a few.
This trip was also definitely good value for money, and I can't wait to use this company again!

Very good
Game finders were were very good but would be the best if they chose better and understanding driver / guide for senior citizens

Samburu and Aberdare safaris
We had a really good guide, which made our safaris unforgettable. I think he is the best. He had a really lot of experience. For example, nobody had seen leopard in Samburu for 4 days, but he found it. There was a really good communication with this company, they prepared for us the best itinerary according to our needs. Please prepare for paying deposit which is 100% few days before safari start. They can also be flexible if there is something missing to you or you are not enjoying any of your itinerary. We should go for 2 days to Aberdares, but once we found out there is a quite dense forrest and animals are rare to see during the day on game drives, they offered us swap for hiking on Mount Kenya National Park where we see some interesting animals.
