EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE
I used Kilian Travel to plan my 26th birthday for me. The most important aspects of this trip was for my friends and I to have a memorable experience. They didn’t disappoint!
From chatting to Vivian about the trip since May. She was very helpful even with planning a surprise for me with my friends. I asked her numerous questions and still she was patient in answering them.
She also asked the hotel we stayed at to surprise me with flowers in my room, which was very nice of her.
Sam our driver was also an amazing part of our experience. He is quite the expert on Mara, you can trust that he will get you to where the big five are. The hotel was also superb Sopa Mara Camp, their food good especially chicken and the birthday cake they made me. The receptionist at Jambo Mara Mara - Robinson was also amazing and very helpful.

Amazing Service
My friends and I had an amazing experience with Kilian travel. Their attention to detail was very well executed, nothing was left to chance from information sharing to the drivers vast experience of the Park. They even went ahead and organised something special for my birthday which made me feel so special. I would definitely recommend
