Amazing adventure of Kenya and Tanzania
What an amazing safari with Bontel Adventures with top notch Customer service!!we booked a 11 Day Kenya and Tanzania Safari with Bontel Adventures and it turns out this is the best safari we've ever taken, Fredrick was really helpful in planning this safari, the guides assigned were so knowledgeable making our safari memorable. The main highlight of our safari was Masai mara,Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater where we saw many animals from Lions,Elephants,wildebeests,Zebras etc. We definitely recommend them.

Experienced and fun tour guides that made my days
We enjoyed our trip with our Bontel guides Kevin and Alan very well. They are professional, knowledgeable, agile and fun. We fully experienced an excited game drive and saw big fives all in one day. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends who are planning to come.

Professional and joyful
We had a 3-day trip in Masai Mala and the guide Kevin and Allan were very friendly and professional :) They proactively looked for animals vía the walk-in talkie and we saw elephants, leopards, cheetah and even a lion eating up a buffalo in one day! The guides were cheerful and their laughter and joy accompanied us throughout the trip! Recommended if you are looking for a joyful adventure ️

Professional, providing exceptional customer service and fantastic tour experience
Excellent communication from onset with speedy response to queries. Outstanding customer service throughout. Well planned and organised tours in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. As well as fascinating game drives in Massai Mara and Serengeti seeing the Big Five, we were also immersed in the history and culture of the countries and had a relaxing beach stay in Zanzibar! The lodges and hotels we stayed at were of a high standard with good food. Our guides Kevin and Vincent were very knowledgeable, friendly and contributed greatly in our very memorable tour. The tour was good value for money. Fredrick did a fantastic job. We absolutely loved our tour.

A memorable tour with Bontel Adventures
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Maasai Mara with Bontel Adventures, and I have to say that their service was truly exceptional. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was both enjoyable and memorable.
The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, and they took us on some truly amazing wildlife safaris. We were able to see everything from lions and elephants to zebras and giraffes, and the guides were always happy to answer any questions we had.
In addition to the wildlife safaris, Bontel Adventures also organized a number of cultural experiences for us, including visits to local villages and traditional Maasai dances. These experiences were a great way to learn more about the local culture and way of life.
Throughout the trip, the staff at Bontel Adventures were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed, and they were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Bontel organizes the trip in a straightforward manner, giving you multiple travel options. The tour guide they assigned was knowledgeable, courteous, and a great driver. There were no delays, no quibbles, and everything proceeded according to plan and in a proper manner. Bontel management is also quick at communicating and responds to queries immediately.

Alongside a group of friends we booked a safari with Bontel Adventures to Lake Nakuru, Amboseli and Masai Mara, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, Bontel Adventures provided exceptional service and ensured that every aspect of the trip was taken care of.
The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable lodges and tents that offered stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different dietary needs.
But what truly set this safari apart was the game drives. Our knowledgeable guide took us on thrilling adventures through the national parks, where we saw an incredible array of wildlife up close, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly witnessing the Great Migration of wildebeests, a truly breathtaking spectacle.
