Excellent
We had a nice experience at Ashnil Samburu Camp enjoyed searching for the animals and was able to see three of the big five , elephants , griaffe and cheetah. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the food was great. At Aberdares we spent the day at Ol perjeta and enjoyed watching two lions on a unsuccessful hurt of Zebras. Plenty of rhinos, giraffes and elephants. Seeing the chimpanzees and learning about them was very educationally. Visited Aberdare National park to view two falls Chania and Karuru falls which are beauty.
The tour guide ( Timothy) was patient, knowledgeable and on time.

Cyan(Ritah) was excellent in her customer care. She planned our trip to the last detail meticulously and always ensured we were kept upto date during our travel and coordinating with the hotel plus transport people.

A must do experience! And highly recommend Ritah from Cyan Tours & Travels. She organized a well thought out schedule from transport to and from our residence, accomodation at Mara Engai, and safari experience.
Our driver was very accomodating and knowledgeable on areas where we could spot the animals. He also organised a picnic lunch in the wild.

Unforgettable experience
We had an incredible experience for three days! Catherine responds very quickly, in detail and always tries to find the best solution (date, means of payment, etc.).
Martin (the guide and driver) taught us a lot about the Massai Mara. We saw lots of animals, almost all of the big five (except the rhino), a wildebeest migration and magnificent landscapes.
The camp (Enkorok Mara Camp) is comfortable and the camp staff were pleasant and always smiling.
It's definitely an experience to live.
Good to know the alarm clocks are early and the roads can be shaken ("massage roads")

Very efficient, reliable and a flexible tour partner
Our school trip was to Nyeri county. I was taking 18, 11-year-old children from Nairobi to an overnight trip. I did not have any options of good hotels in the region and that is how I got in touch with Cyan tours to help me identify some good options for our overnight stay. The company sent me the various options and I was able to settle for one that was affordable. They help me organize the payments and accommodation at the hotel. The service delivery was seamless and the trip experience unforgettable. The children have fond memories of this experience till date. On our way back, the school bus broke down and when I contacted Cyan tours, they arranged for us a transfer bus back to Nairobi. Thank you Cyan Tours and I look forward to future engagements.
