Well planned and very detailed from start to finish excellent service
The team at Travel Wise Safari is top notch Bruno was corresponding with us vie WhatsApp daily , we were picked on at airport with warm welcome . Kind and professional.
Everything was really good organized, the flights, the meeting points, the lodge reservations. We were always connected with Bruno via WU, we could ask any question. They kept our big luggages at their office in Zanzibar so travelling was easy with a backpacks. We loved our guide, he knows everything about Tanzania, his personality is really positiv. The National Parks, the foods and the accomodations were perfect. We could'nt wish for better days. It was a dream! We saw the big five already on the 2. day and also exciting situations with lions and buffalos. We are so thankful for this lifetime experiance. Don't hesitate, book your safari now! Amazing experience
We had taken contact with Bruno and he did all the process from Tanzania. Bought the flight tickets, contacted with the Kilimanjaro crew, booked Safari tour, and have taken care about us during the hole holidays. Great organized safari from beginning to end
Tour organized from Zanzibar. We were picked up from our house and brought to the airport in the morning. After the short flight we spent the day in Tarangire National Park, following days in Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. The Heart & Soul Lodge Manyara was the perfect place to relax after long and exciting days. We saw a lot of animals, loads of elephants and lions. All, children adults and grandparents were happy going back to Zanzibar after an experience of a lifetime

Very friendly and customer centered tour operator
Meshack and the team are very friendly and quick to respond. I chose to do a multiple day group safari and spent a couple days on zanzibar. I was added to a group of people. Everyone booked through another company. Travel wise offers the tours for a budget price. You can get a more budget price at other organisations, but Travel wise really stood out for me because of their customer service. They take the wishes of the customer into account and build a travel plan from there. No request was too crazy. Also, a lot of things were included in the price, like transportation to the airport. I would choose this company again if i go back to Tanzania!
The group safari brings you to beautiful scenery and close encounters to animals. It is an amazing experience! Zanzibar is very relaxed and has stunning beaches. The combination Safari and zanzibar were a great combination!

I did the Safari in March of 5 days with departure from Zanzibar and return to Zanzibar ALL INCLUDED (airport shuttle, camping, camping tools, food, drinks). I booked directly from Italy, my country and the agency Travel Wise Safari immediately got in touch with me. She followed me throughout my trip: before, during and after Safari, making sure it was a great experience for me, and I assure you it was. Travel wise safari allowed me to live a perfect safari, I saw all the main parks of Tanzania, I saw many animals eaten well and slept wild. For anyone who wants to do a safari, do it absolutely and experience tried on my skin I recommend this agency because they followed me all the way and were transparent about everything. The most beautiful 5 days of our lives! Travel Wise Safaris organized everything very well, the accommodations were all very good, they all had beautiful views of nature. The route was optimally planned and everything was organized very well by Meshack, who was always there to answer any questions. I would especially like to mention the driver Ommy and the German guide Renald, who made the safari something special. Ommy, with his years of experience, has such a good feel for animals that we saw all the animals, you can see and feel that he loves his work. Renald, our German guide, has a lot of knowledge about animals and birds and also has lots of stories to tell. After just 5 days, the four of us became a family. Thank you very much for this unforgettable time.

Very professional and satisfying
We went on a 2-day safari in Tanzania, visiting Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, and the experience was fantastic! From the start, the manager provided very professional follow-up, keeping us informed at every stage of the trip.
Our guide was not only friendly but also very attentive, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The parks are absolutely stunning, and we were lucky to see a wide variety of animals. The Heart & Soul Lodge, where we stayed, is a true haven of peace. Located in the Tanzanian countryside, it is not only beautiful but also very comfortable.
The only slight downside is that the transfers between the airport, the parks, and the lodge are quite long, which can be a bit tiring. However, it is definitely worth it! There are certainly lodges closer to the parks, but they are likely more expensive. In the end, we found that our package offered a good balance between comfort and a reasonable budget.
We highly recommend this experience.
