Amazing and patient, Nelly had vast knowledge of East Africa which was a plus to us.
Enkarewa personnel, planning and logistics were excellent all along the way. It is the name of the best touring company in the world.
Everyday there were thoughtful little touches along the way. We experienced tremendous properties. The bush camps and field hotel properties were all unique, interesting and comfortable. The camps all had excellent chefs and wonderful, interesting food. The camps all had amazing game viewing locations on relaxing decks. This is glamping, not camping😊 The Hemingway Hotel in Karen (suburban Nairobi) was spectacular and a great base/ starting location for our adventure.
It was unbelievable the wildlife we saw and the close proximity we were to the wildlife. It was truly amazing. We saw hunts, lions feasting on a kill, hyenas trying to steal a kill from lions. We saw a baby wildebeest being born. Groups of hundreds of zebras. The countries of east Africa are beautiful, vast, peaceful and stunning. The bush flights were great, so practical and well planned and executed. We were treated like royalty everywhere we went. Everything was organized and on time every day.
We learned so much about the countries, the people, the cultures and the animals. It is still hard to believe all that we saw and experienced. We hiked with gorillas!!!!
It was fascinating to learn about the longevity and loyalty of your Enkarewa people everywhere.
Our Concierge in Nairobi took care of everything; getting us to and from airports, arranging luggage storage and transport.
Your partners in the properties you contract with in the field were also excellent operations and people. They too have many long tenured employees proud of their work which showed in each property.
Accommodations were all excellent as were the food and dining experiences at each lodge and hotel. The boutique restaurants we had the opportunity to experience in Nairobi and Kigali were added treats. Loved this trip!

TRIP OF A LIFE TIME
This was our first trip to Africa. Enkarewa Safaris team was excellent. From the very first time we contacted this company, we emailed back and forth with many questions before we even booked and Nelly was very helpful.
We visited the Masai Mara and our guide Charles was top notch! It was awesome to see the big 5 and many other things we didn’t expect!
Kenya stole our heart through Enkarewa Safaris and we can’t recommend enough!!

Knowledgeable, efficent and kind
The operator is very experienced in her field and advised me on the different locations.The operator also worked with budget and suggest very beautiful places as well as activities that I could do.The operator is also very efficient and quick to send information or get information.
All in all amazing experience. Ive definitely found the perfect operator, wont be needing to find another one.

Enkarewa expertly organised the best birthday trip of my life
I approached Enkarewa to help me plan a birthday trip to Diani. They got me a great group deal at Swahili Beach and went on to organise my most memorable trip yet! The communication was quick and easy-they especially listened to what my dream birthday was and executed the vision wonderfully! Even down to the details of the interior decor of my birthday beach picnic dinner. They were generous enough to add a whole photoshoot to the package. I could not have asked for better service and commitment to hospitality. All the transport & other logistics were organised perfectly - very reliable! GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ENKAREWA SAFARIS LTD
We are an International Non governmental organisation with operations across Kenya taking care of vulnerable children and empowering families.
In 2021 we were looking for a profession tours and travel person to facilitate a team building/holiday for some of our staff.
We contacted Enkarewa Safaris in 2021 August, to help us plan for a team building gateway in Mombasa for a group of 20 people.
Amongst many service providers Nelly was very professional, flexible and quick at giving feedback which made her stand out from the rest.
The service from the first contact to the very end of our trip and bringing my group back to Meru was all amazing.
Nelly made the booking process and logistics easy, all we had to do is show up and have a good time! She went out of her way to deliver an amazing experience for us including buying us lunch on our return trip at Mtito Andei.
Our team building facilitator Henry was great! His willingness to work with us and plan activities for us was admirable. He conducted what was a very successful team building for us.
Nelly also put together a excursions that we indulged in during our stay from visiting Mombasa Old Town full day, Dhow cruise where we enjoyed Snorkeling, Watching dolphins, we visited coral Gardens in Wasini and Walked across amazing the village with our local Guide and enjoyed sea food Lunch at Wasini Island.
Nelly was great with the group and exceeded our expectations!
