A fantastic experience in Kenya
In July of this year, we embarked on an unforgettable journey in Kenya. Even now, when we look back, it feels as if we're still amidst the vast savannahs. From Amboseli to Samburu, from Nakuru to Maasai Mara, each day brought new awe-inspiring experiences. The Big Five, the wildebeest migration, a family of cheetahs walking past our vehicle before starting a hunt... All in all, this trip was filled with surprises and joy. Our guide, Philip, was very professional, experienced, and communicative. He showed us many incredible sights while sharing a wealth of knowledge. In short, we were very fortunate and came away with so much from this journey.

Wonderful trip
We have just arrived home after a month in Kenya. We are so pleased we added Kenya as it was without doubt the best for wildlife in all the places we have visited. We flew to Nairobi, went to Lake Naivasha, the Lake Nakuru. Masai Mara, Amboseli. It was fabulous and made more special by our guide Jay, a Masai Mara warrior who just knew how to spot an animal from great distances. Just amazing, we saw double of everything except the Leopard which was just bad luck and timing.
I highly recommend Osnet Tours and travels .They are the best in terms of prices and Geofrey was such an amazing soul!!!he made sure that everything was in order throughout our safari.

Fabulous place to start your Wild Life Safari experience
We embarked on a 5-day safari covering Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and the Masai Mara, and it was truly an incredible adventure! We chose Osnet Tours for our trip, based on insights from Safari bookings, and couldn't have been happier with our decision.
We had a fantastic experience. The trip was worth every dollar spent. We were fortunate to see the Big 5 and a wide variety of animals and birds across all three locations. The boat tour at Lake Naivasha on our way to Lake Nakuru was a lovely addition to the trip. We capped off our journey in the Masai Mara with a breathtaking hot air balloon ride—an absolute must-do!
The arrangements were excellent, from the hotels to the vegetarian meals. Despite the long road trips, everything was well-organized and engaging. The weather in August was pleasant, although we missed the chance to see Mount Kilimanjaro due to cloud cover.
If you're considering a safari in Kenya, go for it with Osnet Tours!
This trip is worth every moment

Caring, responsive and reliable—perfect for 1st time travelers
As a total new 1st time group of 4 travelers to Kenya Safari, the dependency on the agency is the highest. Luckily we chose Osnet, the hotel recommendations are great, with very good taste, and always ready to provide a good alternative selection during booking, super willingly to modify the entire trip arrangement to fit the budget and international flight schedule. Geoffrey is very caring and responsive. Our field guide Philip is super professional, with him, we saw all the animals in a very good spot, never need to concern about the road condition. They asked us for the feedback’s regarding the meal and stay every day, and if anything they promised to deliver back to help make the improvements. Another thing from my own observations, since they are this business for quite some time, with good local networking for real time info exchange such as traffic back to airport, animal sporting etc.

Amazing Guide and a great booking/planning experience
Charles, our guide, was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife include all of the birds. We had two people interested in birds in our party so it was a great fit. Osnet tours was very communicative and helpful throughout the process.
Overall, the quality of the tour was comparable to significantly more expensive bookings. I would highly recommend Osnet.

Would not recommend
We were very excited for our 9 day private tour across Kenya and Tanzania. We had hand picked the itinerary, accommodation and paid for everything upfront. Geofrey would always reply promptly but as the tour took place there were down falls that should’ve been avoided.
Prior to the tour starting they didn’t book accommodation in time so we had to change some of our options a few times.
Our driver in Tanzania was not experienced in the places we visited and we spent hours of our game drive with him asking for directions to our accommodation.
Accommodation was not booked correctly, we arrived at our accommodation and Osnet had booked elsewhere so we had to drive another 2 hours late at night to get there.
Our vehicle had issues and we missed morning and afternoon game drives.
We had a village tour included but payment wasn't arranged by Osnet so we paid, then Geofrey said we paid too much and they wouldn’t refund us what we paid, only a third of the amount.
One of our lodges overbooked us and Geofrey advised us the day of when he was told. He didn’t accept the downgrade of alternative accommodation but he didn’t follow up to ensure we would have a refund of the difference. Instead when we arrived it was not sorted so we spent the evening arranging the refund on his behalf - I was doing his job.
We had them book a train for us and it was last minute he told us that he booked it too late and the tickets we paid for were sold out so he refunded us the difference.
We didn’t get compensated for an inexperienced driver, the mix up in accommodation from the itinerary, loss of game drives, or the refund we are due from the lodge. Geofrey seems to have blocked my number and we now can’t get hold of them to get the money back.
The highlight was our guide Robert in the Maasai Mara, he was fantastic!!!!

Poor communication, insufficient team spirit
We agreed on a 5-day safari package with Osnet. Our communication was very good beforehand and I had recommended it to many of my friends.
Although the tour started well, problems came one after another during the trip.
On the 2nd day, the Giraffe Center visit did not take place due to lack of communication between Geofrey and the guide. Although dinner was included in the price, I paid for it. The visit to the Masai village also did not take place again due to communication problems. The plan included a Tsavo West and Taita park tour. Our guide suggested to replace East instead of Tsavo West, and I said OK. Again, due to lack of communication between the guide and Geofrey, I had to pay the extra Tsavo East Park fee and fuel cost.
The hotel was not on our plan before the flight on the last day. I asked Geofrey and thanks to him he arranged. He asked 103$ for it and then said he paid himself for cover his excuse, I think.
In summary:
The communication between the team was very poor. Geofrey accusing them, guide and the driver criticizing him, telling he just sitting at the office.
Why I found myself in the middle of unpleasant arguments for no reason? Why did I pay for Park fees, fuel costs and dinner which should be included in the itinerary? Why we didn’t go to Giraffe Center and Masai Village which was also in the itinerary? I spent an hour to explain situations for Tsavo Parks. Why I had to do it on my vacation ?
