Most amazing Trip of a lifetime
My sister and I travelled for 3,5 weeks through namibia and South Africa and everything was perfectly planned and just amazing. They put us our perfect trip together in just a few weeks as we were traveling very spontaneously. The communication with viatu was wonderful and I could reach someone via WhatsApp anytime and they would be super helpful and quick with all my questions, recommendations for restaurants,bars, places to see….
We could ask anything!
The lodges and Hotels they choose for our trip all were excellent. Awesome food, rooms, lovely views and staff.

We booked our 3.5-week honeymoon with Viatu and it was simply wonderful!
From the start of the planning, the team helped us choose a perfect route with enough time to explore the places and they made a huge effort to book amazing hotels. Viatu also provided us a micropage with all the important things to know about our trip and also about the destination itself. This was very helpful to keep the overview of all the places to visit. We had a great trip with Viatu!
Viatu has very helpful staff. We could text message them via WhatsApp and got a response immediately. We appreciated the personal treatment.
Our daughter got sick right at the beginning of our trip and we were very happy with the help of our local guide from Viatu finding a doctor and stuff.

So much easier than I thought
Booking with Viatu was a breeze. We used one of the trip templates that was on their website and we customised it to our liking. For the check out we had a few questions. Our travel consultant Alessandro looked after us every step of the way. He even explained everything to me in Spanish which was very helpful as Africa can be complex. We were a bit concerned about the cancellation policies during the Omicron wave - especially since my friend and I arrived in South Africa from two different countries. That, however, was never an issue. The whole booking was flexible including hotels, car rental, safari lodge and our activities. Also, the whole digital travel itinerary turned out to be amazing. We didn't have any issues at all. Alessandro and his team recommended wonderful lodges and restaurants along the way.
We had many highlights but we particularly enjoyed the Mosaic Lagoon Lodge in Stanford near Hermanus. The staff was so lovely, the location incredible and the food to die for. The pineapple house in Cape Town, Seapoint was also a wonderful recommendation. The staff is so welcoming. Their design is refreshing and they make a huge effort to be sustainable in all aspects.
We absolutely loved our trip and can't wait for the next one! Thank you, Alessandro & Team Viatu.

Viatu created an unforgettable holiday for us in Namibia. Everything was taken care of: a great rental car, excellent lodges, breathtaking locations and excellent food. The dunes, safari and the fantastic lodges were incredible. We enjoyed the trip driving ourselves for 2 weeks with our family.
Our personal highlight were the every day sunsets and the elephant safari in Camp Kipwe. We will definitely come back to Namibia again!

I traveled last year to Cape Town and added on a safari in Sabi Sands and to Viatu, everything was smooth and well-organized. Viatu set a new benchmark for my future travels!

Had a 12-day dream vacation in Namibia, exploring Etosha's wildlife, nature hikes in Damarland, Swakopmund's Sandwich Harbour Bay adventures, and witnessing Sossusvlei's iconic dunes. The hot air balloon ride over the desert was surreal! Planning and booking with Viatu was a breeze, making every moment stress-free and immensely enjoyable!
