My boyfriend and I were backpacking through Tanzania for a month and had the most amazing experience with Robert, the owner of Tanzania Offroad Trips. He did not only offered us the best safari experiences we could wish for, but he also became a very close friend of ours. This is a company that doesn't want to make a lot of money, but really wants to provide people an amazing experience. And that's what a good company does. Robert listens to your wishes and discusses together what the best option is for you. In addition, he is super transparent about the prices, so you can be sure to pay a fair price. Our tour guide, Paul, was also great and knew a lot about the wildlife and nature. After our safaris, Robert came to our accommodation to discuss how the trip had gone and what animals we had seen. Robert ensures that the safari trip is arranged in the last detail from start to finish and wants to make sure that every customer has had a fantastic experience.

Amazing trip
We were in nature for 3 days in 2 different camps. We had our team with us with 1 cook, 1 guide and 3 port potters. The food was a dream. The camps were very, very sweet. Every evening we were given a bowl of warm water for "washing". Day after day you climb up the mountain. The last day is 5 hours to the summit and then 9 hours to descend.
