The best safari among the 10 or 12 ones I've had in Kenya
The moments I spent in Samburu, Nakuru, Masai Mara and Amboseli were the best I ever had in these national parks that I had already visited 2 or 3 times each at least. Anthony was the best game-tracker I ever met and a very good guy, as well. In Masai Mara, we could see the Big Five in one afternoon, including the black rhino, of course. Great times, indeed. Asante sana, Anthony

Awesome safari. Great drivers, Totally dependable.
We experienced excellent communication from the get go. All our needs and requests were taken care of. We just had to show up and enjoy the animals. All of the accomodations were top notch. Food was delicious.
Amazing trip! Thanks to Kenya Walking Survivors!
I had only 2 days available on weekend and I wanted to see elephants. That's the reason why I chose Amboseli National Park. My friend suggested me a few companies to choose from and I decided Kenya Walking Survivors with several reasons including fast response and great reviews. I was right! I got almost immediate response. Then the services were great tailored with budget I had. Amazing tour company. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience, once in a lifetime
Excellent service with friendly staff. The tour guide really went out of his way to guarantee as many game sightings as possible. The camp was comfortable with hot water showers and the food was decent. Highly recommended! ps. avoid the Masai villages around the Maasai Mara Safari Park, proper tourist traps (entrance fees are not regulated and can be as high as 30$ pp)

Adventurous, Unforgettable and out of this world experience!!!, Kudos to Mr. Oti
Africa has always been on our bucket list. My husband and I chose the budget tour 7 days package consisting of Amboseli national park and Masai mara. Basically we wanted to visit Amboseli national park to catch the view of the peak of the beautiful Mt. Kilimanjaro. Kenya walking survivors safari included Ambosli in our package on our suggestion and tailored it accordingly based on the number of days of our trip. Green crater lake already existed in our package and we did a walking safari over there which was pretty cool too.
The safaris were well organised, timings were properly followed and our guide Mr. Javed is so dedicated and deeply passionate about the animals that his positive energy and interest in his work kept us all the more happier and excited for the game drive. We had the whole the van to ourselves. It was just my husband and I accompanied by our warm and amazing cook Mr. Moses who prepared meals for us throughout the trip and took very good care. Moses makes delicious soups, fish and spinach.
1. One thing I suggest for you all not to miss in Amboseli national park is to make special note of the spectacular panoramic view of the park. The vast ,clear landmass allows you to distinctly see the animals even from afar unlike other parks that are shrouded by tall wild grass.
2. I don't know if it was the new moon night but the sky in amboseli is soooo clear that when we looked up I actually let out a loud scream of joy on seeing the brilliant star spangled sky and I swear we could see the milky way so vividly even with naked eye. So astronomy junkies should definitely watch out for this.
3. The Stay in Kimana Tented camp was a true wildlife experience because we spotted a harmless spider on r bed. If you are very particular about staying in well protected rooms and are afraid of creepy crawleys then I'd suggest that you check on the accommodation by paying a special price or look for upgrade options. But the tented stays are not very well insulated and tiny animals do find their way in easily. This did creep us out but that's the fun part on embarking on an adventure.
4. Animals- Amboseli largely contains magnificent herds of elephants. There are extremely few lions and we were quite fortunate enough to see a pride from a distant while they had a row with a bunch of hyenas. We could clearly hear the lionesses roaring and the hyenas mocking. Apart from seeing heaps of elephants we saw some pretty giraffes, birds, loads of wildebeest and zebras.
5. Got to see a cheetah hunting down a deer as well.
Overall a must see park.
Kenya -Masai Mara
1. The journey to Amboseli was a long bumpy ride but the one to Masai Mara was even longer and rougher. Hats off to the wonderful guides who do it frequently. Nevertheless, it was thrilling.
2. The accommodation in Masai Mara was extremely clean and well insulated. We stayed in Mara springs tented camp in the middle of the forest and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We could see monkeys swing from tree to tree from our tent window. It was super refreshing to be surrounded by thick green trees
3. Masai Mara is truly breathtaking with amazing vistas and sparkling wild grass. We enjoyed Masai Mara mainly because of spotting the Male Lions and its Pride. We were incredibly lucky to see a hunt between two male lions wrestling against a poor wild cape buffalo. It was disheartening to watch it but that’s the circle of life.
4. Masai Mara is also filled with pretty much the same group of animals. We however, couldn’t catch a glimpse of the leopard as they are very shy creatures. The Giraffes look absolutely gorgeous in this hilly landscape as well.
5. With a certain price paid separately we were also allowed to enter into the masai dwellings and learn about the culture and their traditional practices. This is purely by choice and is not compulsory
Overall awesome game drive in Masai Mara as well.
I would give a full rating for the Kenyan walking survivors safari. The whole team is excellent because it is headed by Mr. Oti who did a tremendous job in organizing the tour in no time. He is very quick and responsive. Also, special mention to Mr. Javed who was more like a fellow friend than just a guide. We are absolutely satisfied with their service and couldn’t have asked for more. One of the best vacation ever !!

Reliable and trust worthy which was my main criteria when travelling alone.
I paid 100% in advance to avoid need to carry cache and also used emails for many queries to get confident. In addition i asked local contacts to verify that this company is reliable and everyting checked out to the best

an excellent trip with well organized and friendly atmosphere
Me and my wife have a safari for one week in Kenya. Mr. Otiano is very helpful person. On the first day he sent a driver at proper time to pick us up from the airport to the hotel which was not in his list. Because we wanted to see Nairobi for first two days. After two days his another driver pick up from the hotel and bring to the hotel where from we have to start our journey. In between we met with him and pay our rest deposit. On the next day we started our journey and simple one word it is perfect for us. Food, the places (Nakuru Park, Masai Mara and Naivasa lake and Green Crater Lake Walk). The dream place for me was definitely Masai Mara). Steve, the driver is very friendly and he showed us lot of animals. Even I can say that lot of other drivers, those belongs to other safari groups couldn't make it so successful for other tourists. He always gives an extra effort to show us the interesting places and animals as near as possible.
One important notice that in between our trip I forgot my shoes to one cottage. Mr. Otiano organized to bring my shoes to other location where we stayed later on and his driver bring us also to the airport on time for departure.
I would recommend his tour guide as one of the top safari tour in Kenya.

Good trip at a good price
It is the first time we went to Kenya and did not know the company but its attractive prices and their opinions on the internet made us choose it finally and we totally hit !! Our guide Anthony, was waiting for us at the airport on arrival and was incredibly friendly the whole time.
In addition, in the parks, I could see the animals in the undergrowth and always found a privileged place to see it even if there were more cars !! Also Jacob who was our cook was great, had a lot of food and always asked us if we liked the food or preferred more vegetarian dishes. The hotels were as described on the website, there was only one change in the last hotel and it was for the better, as Mr Otieno upgraded us. Before the trip he answered all our queries kindly by mail, and also when we were there. I recommend Kenya and I recommend KWS for its value for money certainly its the best we've seen.
