Exceptional service, well-organized
Shebbie and the Vision Safari team has made my first safari experience as a female solo traveler amazing! From beginning to the end of the process, all went smoothly and above expectations. They gave me the best price for a Mid-range lodge 3-day safari with airport transfers. The accomodations I had exceeded expectations as they felt like they were luxurious camps. My tour guide Luttiba was fun and very experienced driver. He made the experience more fun because of his good energy and knowledge of both animals and nature. We were able to see 4 of the big 5. All food that were provided was good and there were plenty of bathroom breaks. Binoculars and water were also provided. Communication with the Vision Safari team went smoothly and even gave me a short Arusha tour. I will highly recommend them as a tour operator since I felt well taken care of.

Fantastic trip, great organisation
Everything we could have asked for Perfectly organised, Shebbie was a great agent, put together a package just as we wanted and sorted our flights from Zanzibar too as well as pickup!
Safari was great, saw 4 of the big 5 and our driver was very knowledgable and great company. Good food too and slept alright considering it was camping.
Perfect amount of time too, felt ready to end after 3 days. 10/10 would recommend

Top safari provider! Professional, flexible and reliable!
Me and my wife booked a two-day group safari starting and ending in Zanzibar for Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater.
Communication was very quick and professional right from the start. Offers are sent by email both as an attachment and as a link, are clearly numbered and can be flexibly adapted. Vision Safari took care of all the planning and organisation of the safari.
The price was good and the payment terms were also very moderate. Everything went great on site. We received our flight tickets and all other information about transfers etc. in good time before the safari.
The safari itself was very nice. We were able to see pretty much all the animals that were living in the parks. The accommodation was also good for one night and the food was very good. All transfers were on time, nice and courteous. Many thanks again to Shebbie for the organization and the personal transfer to the airport.

This company do their job very well. All was good - comunication with Shebie and the very good driver guide Godson in Safari. We saw all Big Five. The tour to Kilimanjaro gives another look at Africa greenery. We are lucky and advise to choose this company.

Gorgeous crater and good safari and guide
Was good! Crater was soooo beautiful, and we saw a lot of animals like lions and rhinos—tho the rhinos were a little far.
Philemon was a kind and good driver as well!
Kind suggestions to improve: 1) maybe make sure the cars all have seatbelts. Some people were a bit uncomfortable driving without seatbelts in the Land Cruiser and the vehicle back home. 2) the vehicle coming back home was a bit too small for 7 people. Another young woman and I both were feeling hot and claustrophobic until two passengers got dropped off at the Lodge.
The Land Cruiser was noticeably older than my Masai Mara one, but it seems like most of the vehicle stock is older in Tanzania. Didn’t cause any problem tho.
The agent Shebbe was great in providing detailed materials on the trip. He responded super fast on WhatsApp and woke up in the morning to see me get in the van at 5am.
One note: the materials seemed to say that there would be some beer/alcohol available on the trip. But there was none—which was fine tho because I wouldn’t have drunk it anyway, ha.
But those are small things. Overall it was pretty great! And the last driver dropped us all off at our hotels and the bus station, which was nice :-)

Wonderful Ngorongoro adventure
I booked this tour on the last moment, the day before departure. I usually prefer private tour but because private was expensive on this I opted for group. The driver and guide Manfred was an excellent, prompt and knowledgeable. I was able to see a lot of animals in Ngorongoro and the crater itself is mesmerizing, breathtaking and sooo beautiful to watch.
The only downside of the trip were European tourists who made tour difficult. In my observation in traveling to Safari in Africa I realized that Europeans don't know how to properly travel to Africa, how to do Safari and more. I just want to remind tourists from European Union that when you book group tour it's a group tour not your private tour. When you ask driver to drop you elsewhere after tour be mindful about other travelers and don't make them wait for you. Stop relying on your GPS and let local driver handle it. Don't assume that if driver drops you somewhere in the middle of nowhere he has obligation to pick you up next day and take you to the airport because you did not pay for that service and nobody obligated to do anything for you unless you pay for what you want to do. Group tour is group of people from different countries and their time is also valuable. If you want private tour pay for it. On this note, tourists from European Union need to learn more about traveling to Africa not just buying ticket and think they going to the wild.

The service provided by Vision Safari & Tours was outstanding. The tour guides were knowledgeable, passionate, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable trip.
In terms of value for money, Vision Safari & Tours exceeded my expectations. The tour package included accommodation, transportation, meals, and various activities, all at a reasonable price. I felt like I got great value for what I paid.
As for the tour itself, it was truly unforgettable. We visited breathtaking destinations, saw amazing wildlife, and had unique cultural experiences.
I highly recommend Vision Safari & Tours for anyone looking for an exceptional travel experience. Their communication, service, value for money, reliability, and the tour itself were all outstanding. I can't wait to book another adventure with them in the future!

Amazing day at Ngorongoro Crater
We had a great day visiting the Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha. The drive is long but well worth it when you get there. Both breakfast and lunch was included and the food was delicious. Our guide was very friendly and we managed to see 4 of the top 5!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a day visit.
