Amazing experience with Paul (Motto tour) Outstanding customer service at very reasonable costs.
Paul came personally to receive us at airport. He explained our trip very nicely. There were no hidden costs. Our trip was very reasonable as compared to other tours available. Our hotel stays during our 6 day trip were amazing. Food was very good. Our guide Samson was so incredible that he made sure our safari experience should be perfect. He was very knowledgeable and helpful for everything. He was always with us. I highly highly recommend Paul (Motto tour and travels) to get ultimate kenya experience. Thank u so much

He is welcoming, very patient and accomodating!
We were a large group of 15 people (5 different families) and Paul and his team were excellent! Starting from accomodating so many different tastes and requests to making sure we covered everything that we wanted, they di ut all!!! They were well organised and always with a smile! Amazing trip!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping us plan an amazing holiday in Kenya. Our families had an incredible time and it was all thanks to your team. Hotels and parks were perfect, Duncan was an exceptional guide who provided us with all the information we needed about the animals and the country and Dixon was an amazing driver and guide also, as a Masai, he helped us finding the animals we wanted to see. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. We couldn't have asked for better guides. Thank you again for everything!

Very helpful and extremely courteous
We booked our safari with Paul to visit Tsavo East and Taitia Hills staying at Saltlick for the duration. Our ranger for the trip was Saeed.
Booking the trip was seamless from start to finish. Paul met us at our hotel and throughly explained the trip and accommodation.
Saeed picked us up on time and was so knowledgeable, polite and patient when showing us the wildlife. This was our second trip with our daughters, the first via Paul and I have to say, that this trip exceeded all of our expectations!
Paul and Saeed went above and beyond to show us plenty of wildlife, even adding in an extra day at no expense because unfortunately on day 2 in Taita Hills, the animals were hiding !
So it was decided an extra day would be given at Tsavo and it was incredible !
Saltlick accommodation and restaurant food was out of this world and again we were blown away by the setting of this lodge
Thank you Paul and Saeed for giving myself and my family a trip of a lifetime !

He very attentive to what we asked for as clients, he took into account our budget and was very fast
We were a group of 10 friends who wanted a little bit of everything. We spent 3 days in the Masai Mara, 2 on the Naivasha side and 3 in a resort on Diani beach.
I have no complaints whatsoever with the tour operator or the guides/drivers who were with us on the safari.
They were sincere and very detailed with us.
They took our budget into account and were accommodating. If we had any problems they were able to solve them in a very short time, whether it was internal flight problems, road problems etc. They were very concerned about our safety and happiness. They treated us very well.
I am very happy to have traveled with them and I will not hesitate to repeat.
