What an experience! Kudos Beast Spoor!
5/5

BEAST SPOOR SAFARIS: This I would call the most convenient reliable, accomodating, flexible travel agency I have travelled with till date. In short "IT IS THE BEST" Mr Kelvin was extremely approachable and helped in my trip planning which had its own hurdles.

I moved from Jinja to Nairobi by Panther travels. The bus got late by whopping 5hrs. Mr Kelvin arranged transport which picked us up mid way and married up with our Safari team.
Our tour Guide Mr Moses was a cool calm guy, a lovely cross-country driver.

Accommodation: The accommodation gives a true feel of living in the midst of mother nature, with tasty food and 24 hrs hot water.

Staff: All the staff in the team are very friendly and approachable.

The safari itself: With a well connected radio network there is minimal of chances of missing a sight. The lions with pubs, a hippo fight. Our team was the happiest as we had witnessed more than what we had expected.

Masai Village: The visit to a Masai village was a experience of its own, we danced and enjoyed in their cultural attire.

KUDOS to Beast Spoor Safaris... It is the best team to enjoy the nature and animals with!

Excellent service.
5/5

I just completed my 10 day Budget Kenya - Tanzania Wild Safari with a Hot Air Ballon Safari add on with Beast Spoor Safaris.

I can’t express well enough how happy I am with all the services that Beast Spoor Safaris provided me. Right at the beginning of my inquiry, they were very prompt in answering all my questions . The brochures and proposed Safari schedule were very clear and very detailed with complete pictures and descriptions. Above all, they were all fulfilled and exceeded all of my expectations at the end.

The budget accommodations were all comfortable and adequate plus they gave me some free upgrade surprises too which was really nice.

The food were delicious and nutritious and gave me energy that I need to enjoy all my Safaris. The chef/cook at each venue were all very accommodating to special dietary requirements ( I don’t have one but the other people I am travelling with had some). They also provide bottled drinking water all throughout the travel and Safaris.

The staff who works in each venues were all very friendly and they smile a lot too. Please be generous with them, they all work hard and long hours.

About the animals and events that happened during our game drive (Hyena chasing a Wilder-beast and many more) were spectacular. All the National Parks in Kenya and Tanzania are teeming with many many wild life. Plus the landscape here are very special and unique.

Regarding my itinerary, it was excellent. I was joined with other people with some shorter and longer itineraries, but their network made all the transitions very smooth and well organized. Even at the border, the have reps to help me through the process while I am at the border (by the way don’t forget to bring proof of your Yellow Fever Vaccination, they will ask for it at the border. I got a scanned copy saved on my phone).

But regarding the Safari drive itself , it’s was rough but so much fun. Our pop up roof van was a 4x4 (jeep in Tanzania) but that thing went through mud, rivers of water, moon crater of dirt road - but those are all part of the fun experience of the Safaris here. But in fairness, when some of the tourist requests for the driver to slow down - all the drivers obliged.

But above all, the one stands out the most is that Kelvin at Beast Spoor Safaris , he would send me a text message from time to time to check up on me … that is very rare these days and quite impressive to provide that extra service specially for a solo traveler like me.

Also, their driver Duke , was also excellent. He was professional, on time and drives very safe on the road. Beast Spoor Safaris also provided me with free airport - hotel transfers , outside of my 10 day itinerary which I thought was very generous and a nice extra bonus.

I would rate this company , excellent, 10 of 10 and 5 star rating. I would not hesitate to give them recommendations and referrals and would definitely use them again in the future.

Congratulations to the team of Beast Spoor Safaris !

Thank you Kelvin, Richard and Beast Spoor.

We spent 7 days in Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli with our guide Richard. It was an incredible experience. Richard was extremely profesional, and an amazing driver. His best skill was getting us into the perfect spot to see the animals, all while making sure to respect their space and not getting in their way.

I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to get an authentic animal experience and see how they truly interact with each other in nature.

Fantastic experience! My wife and I reviewed many available options and ultimately decided on the "10 Days Incredible Midrange Kenya & Tanzania combined wildlife safari."
We took it as a private tour (just the two of us and our guide), and it was a home run.
Throughout the trip, we visited Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Amboseli park. We saw Rhinos, Giraffes, Zebras, Pumbas, Hippos, Gazelles, Lions, Cheetahs, Ostriches, Buffaloes, Leopards, Baboons, Elands, Elephants, Hyenas, Vervet Monkeys, and even a Monitor Lizard. We literally saw everything we had hoped to see and many things numerous times.
While we were in Kenya, Eric was our guide, and he was awesome. He met us at the airport, took us to our nearby hotel for a day of rest (much needed after the long flights), and was with us throughout our time, providing insight, background, and information about the parks and animals. When we did not understand something, he clarified it in terms that we understood. Additionally, he is highly skilled at driving through the rough terrain of the parks (lots of soft, deep mud), so we never lost time due to being stuck in the mud, like many others did.
When we got to the Tanzania border, we met up with Godffrey, who took care of us during our times in the parks there. Like Jacob, he was a skilled driver and had a knack for finding the elusive animals (including the Leopard).
Both George and Jacob spoke English well, and they were there with us at each border crossing (from Kenya to Tanzania, then back to Kenya) to make sure things went smoothly. (Note: make sure you have your yellow International Vaccine Card that shows you've been vaccinated for Yellow Fever.)
For accommodations, we stayed in midrange tents (except the first hotel and the Rhino Lodge atop the rim of Ngorongoro Crater), and the tents were all comfortable with contained bathrooms that had hot/cold water. The tents ARE in the parks, so wildlife is all around, in a few, travel to/from your tents is only authorized with a Maasai warrior as your escort (they're awesome).
As a general comment, I'll say you should be prepared to be tired at the end of each day. This was a surprise to me, but something about the bouncing around in the safari vehicle all day is just tiring. Sounds ridiculous, but it's true.
Overall, the safari was pretty close to perfect. I cannot think of anything I'd change, and I hope to do it again in the future!

The most amazing way to explore Kenya and it's beautiful wildlife!
5/5

Booked a 3 day, 2 night safari at Maasai Mara with Beast Spoor and ended up making it a 4 day, 3 night trip. We were picked up early by our driver and guide, Henry, from Nairobi. After a stop at the Great Rift overlook and a few roadside souvenir shops, we made it to Mara Enchoro camp just after lunchtime. Spent two hours checking in and eating lunch before going out for an afternoon/evening drive. We had booked for the private drives and the Land Cruiser was plenty big for our family of three. Henry knew where to go to see animals and the other drivers did not hesitate to share information about sightings. After the first 3 hour drive, we'd already seen more than we anticipated. The second day was a full day drive which ended up being a bit too much for our 4 year old child but was amazing nonetheless. Henry was ready to go early and took us to different parts of the park each drive. Even when we had periods of no animal sightings, the natural beauty never had us bored. The third day we split the drives to morning and afternoon sessions so our kid could relax at the camp for lunch which was a good decision. On the fourth day we were driven back to Nairobi for our flight home. Overall, this trip was one of the most memorable we've taken and it was chiefly due to Henry and Mara Enchoro Camp. If we ever get to go back to Kenya, we'll endeavor to book both of them again. Cannot recommend Beast Spoor highly enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
5/5

General: Solo female/ international traveller, medium budget, first time in Kenya.
Communication: Continuous, throughout the full 7 days, even checked on me if I arrived safely back to my country...
Service: Excellent, timely, and professional.
Value for money: For all the follow-up, support, guidance, places I`ve been, tips& tricks, and bargain help that I received, every penny was well spent.
Reliability: Extremely reliable. The accommodation that "I" selected was not very convenient for me as the room was basically a tent/camp and had no lock to the zippers which made me abit uncomfortable despite the fact that camp staff assured me the high safety level with 24/7 security guards at every corner (I actually saw them). So next day, during the agent`s regular checking on me, I had only mentioned this and they immediately transferred me to another place for my convenience. I travelled to so many other countries/other agents, this has never been done especially in such a professional and timely manner!
Tour itself: 7 days (Naivasha, Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli). As I did not see the "big five" animals in Masai Mara as some people might, having an extended tour enabled me to see all of them! people are so kind and helpful, and I felt safe throughout.

This wonderful group of people are extremely professional, efficient and beyond expectations.

This was my first safari and I was going to book with a company but at the last moment Beast Spoors popped up and after looking at the website and information, I booked with them. I am very glad I did.

They sent a driver to pick me up from my place where I was staying a ways out of the city centre, and the driver was friendly and a very safe driver. We arrived in town, and another driver took myself and a fellow client to the office where we went up, being escorted by Vincent. When I walked into the office, it was very clean and had a beautiful scented candle burning. This is just one of the small touches that made them stand out. Vincent sat us down and explained the itineraries for each of us. We were on different tours. He was very thorough and friendly.

Linda, and Sandy and Kelvin arrived and we all sat and talked about the safari and they answered any questions we had. They were all very friendly, easy going and fun. Then we took a few photos and left for the Land Rovers in town. Kelvin immediately took my heavy backpack which I thought was kind of him! I was feeling very happy and excited about the safari!

One thing that I am not sure people know is that the agency with whom you book are separate from the actual tour company. They all work together to get people where they need to be when they need to be there, and so sometimes you switch Land Rovers to get to your proper place. It's absolutely very organized and works out very smoothly as I had seen not only with myself, but others too. Their inter- communication is seamless and they take great care of you.

But there are things that Beast Spoor does that the other people didn't get. We got a free tee shirt right away. Very fun! But the best thing they did was to check up on me! I didn't see the first email as I don't go on line too much but then there was a WhatsApp message to make sure I was doing ok. WOW! They cared about what was happening with the trip! Very wonderful. None of the other people I was with were checked on. That to me is excellent customer service. Especially when in reality, they have been paid and only have to get me back home. But they wanted to make sure that all was going well.

As far as the safari itself... absolutely incredible. There aren't really enough great words to describe what it was like to see the animals, the beautiful land and experience Masai Mara! The guides, the camp hosts and everyone involved were fabulous. The first driver Antony was amazingly skilled at navigating the roads and spotting animals! And Jimmy the second driver was also so skilled and knowledgeable about the animals. Both were very enjoyable, friendly and very skilled.

I liked the food at our camp and we sat at the fire the first night under the beautiful stars. The places we stopped for lunch were delicious and the people weren't pushy with wanting us to buy things. The subsequent hotels and spas we stayed at were great, with very friendly staff and I even had a super duper massage, for a very reasonable price! Not bad for a budget safari. :)

I was going to book 4 days, but went for 5. I would recommend this as 4 days goes by too fast, and Hell's Gate and bike riding was definitely a highlight! Being so close to the animals on a bike was just something else! I was picked up in Nairobi by their driver named Duke to take me back to my place and was able to visit with Linda for a bit before returning. Having spent my life in the Hospitality Industry, I can very honestly say that this young group of folks are doing it right! I wondered why there weren't too many reviews, but it's because they are relatively new at this. With literally thousands of booking agents for safaris, I would absolutely and highly recommend these professional and caring people! Thank you for an experience of a lifetime that was more than worth the price and value beyond what I imagined. I know this company will shine above the rest and wish them all the best! Thank you so very much!

This was an amazing tour from start to finish. So well organised with everything being accounted for with excellent guides (creds to Evans) who went the extra mile on countless occasions and excellent contact from Kelvin informing me and guiding throughout the process. This trip honestly changed my life no negatives!

They go the extra mile for a wonderful experience
5/5

I easily booked a 11 day tent safari in Kenia and Tanzania via Whatsapp. Clear, friendly and fast communication convinced me to book with Beast Spoor Safaris. Throughout the trip they serviced me amazingly everytime I had a question or problem. The safari was a great experience, especially sleeping in tents inside the national parks was awesome. We spotted so much wildlife and the guide also went the extra mile for great sights. Accomodations are comfortable hotels and tent-lodges combined with very basic tent safari in Tanzania National Parks. Food differs from okay to great, for transport I'd recommend getting a safari truck which is much more comfortable than a safari van. Ratings out of 10:
Accomodations and food: 8 (for a budget safari)
Wildlife experience: 9
Communication and service: 10
Value for money: 9

They were really nice and always were asking if everything was ok. Also gave me a t-shirt that was a nice detail. I got to see the big five on the jeep 4x4. Also saw a lot of great animals :) .
