Incredible. Our dream come true
We did our 9-day safari with them and it was a dream. From the first moment they picked us up from the airport, they made us feel safe and at home. They dealt with incidents that they were not responsible for and resolved them immediately. It was my birthday and they made sure that my dinner included a beautiful cake. The safari itself was incredible. We saw all kinds of animals thanks to Othman, our guide with whom we made a great friendship. It was impressive how he searched and found all the animals, an expert from head to toe. We even got to see lions copulating and hyena cubs nursing. The hotels 10/10, incredible luxury, spectacular food, unbeatable service, at all times in contact with Freddy by phone in case we found any inconvenience (which was not the case). We would repeat a thousand times with this agency. Thank you 'Rafikis', for making our dream come true, we hope to see each other again❤

Excellent service
Amazing experience in Tanzania. I fully recommend the destination at least once in your life. Unexpected moments with animals and unforgettable shared time with tribes and native people.
Everything was good during our honey moon thanks to the "FY African Safari" organization. Good meal lunch, drinks and internet at the car and very supportive and polite staff. Thanks, Freddy! Another dedicated mention for Silas, our guide during the 6-days safari. Great professional!

It's been a great experience that will live forever in our memories! The staff was always pretty attentive and ready to meet our expectations.
The local guides, Rapha and Benny were very nice people and they took care of us at every moment. They were very keen to stop anywhere and were always smiling. Jona's soups were really tasty (delicious!) and we even asked for the recipes, although are pretty sure that will not be the same anywhere we cook them! :)
Thanks to Freddy for planning this amazing safari and for keeping an eye out for everything!

Fabulous customer service!
Freddie and his driver Alex were exceptional!
Our trip was unbelievable. Customer service was over and above. We forgot a small bag at one of our hotels and Freddie made sure it was back with us that evening! Our driver Alex was very prompt and knowledgable.
