As a family of five (5) returning to Kenya after four years, we traveled on a Safari and took a coastal vacation through Leisure Tips Ltd. Leisure Tips was meticulous in choosing the right lodges with Maasai Mara (Keekorok Lodge and Tipilikwani Camp) we really enjoyed the hospitality of these two lodges, we had to stay in two lodges as August is a highly touristic period in Kenya and we were late birds in our booking. We belive Leisure tips has the right network when it comes to holiday homes. However, the driver of our Safari Van seemed to us a bit non adventurers and did not enable us the complete adventure that we were hoping to have such as of the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara and for which around our travel dates were planned , this was a down side. After days filled with exploration in the Maasai Mara, we made our way to the picturesque coast of Kenya, Galu Beach and here Leisure Tips selected one of the finest beach holiday rental that you could find in the area for some well-deserved relaxation this choice of holiday home (Lantana Galu) exceeded all expectations, providing a luxurious yet homely retreat nestled along the pristine shores of the Indian Ocean. The serene ambiance and warm hospitality instantly put us at ease, allowing us to unwind and recharge amidst breathtaking ocean views and gentle sea breezes, Lantana Galu and its surroundings is an amazing spot for snorkeling, boat rides, water spots and immersion to Swahili culture. Leisure tips, specifically Martin also arranged for our local transfers by SGR, Taxi and Air and this was flawless. We higly recommend Leisure Tips for your next vacation trips in Kenya, Martin will book you in some of the finest holiday rentals.

Insufficient management of the Tour and inappropriate vehicule
My rate of this company is low coz there has been too many problems with Leisure tips and their response is not adaquate, as far as I am concern. All my statements are based on facts and I have all the exchanges with the driver in my Whatsapp as a proof.
1. When I paid the Tour with a secure link sent by them, my credit card was hijacked and my Swiss bank has to block it coz somebody tried to use it.
2. The vehicule that Leisuretips provided was in poor state and we encountered many problems after a few hours drive from Nairobi already. The destination was Amboseli National Park on a 3 Days trip, alone in the vehicule except for the driver.
3. The car had to be brought to the garage 2 times coz of the mechanical problems and I lost the second day Game Drive coz the time left was not sufficient.
4. I ve received the apologies from Leisuretips for that but this is insufficient coz the contract that they gave me stipulated all the services I ve paid for and they did not fulfil it actually.
The Amboseli Park is worth to visit and the Lodge I was in was good, that is why I give a 2 stars rate.
The Company has to improve its relationship to the customer and moreover improve its services. I paid the whole amount in USD in one time several months before the Trip, for information.

Allow us to say that we highly appreciate your Feedback and the general Experience in regard to the Safari you did with us to Amboseli.
1. About Payment: You paid us with an online secure Link which was instant. About your card being hijacked you brought this to our attention and we conducted our bank and the bank responded that the link was secure and that only the owner of the card was the right person who could perform the transaction coz there was confidential credentials that only the Owner of the card would only be able to provide for payment to go through. However we are still going to visit our Bank and find out why the link turned out to be insecure for our Client. Our Policy is to ensure we give the Best and Secure Forms of Payment.
2 and 3. About the Vehicle: the Vehicle broke down while on safari and this was also brought to our attention and we had to seek mechanical assistance by the near by Mechanical practitioners. We are sorry that our quick response was not adequate enough to meet your expectations. we will endeavor work to improve on this as vehicles sometimes can be problematic.
4. About the Apologies: Please allow us to again Apologize about the bad Experience you had with us while on safari. its also to our lesson that we note our Vehicles need to be checked each and every time they are from safari and also before safari. Our transport Manager has been put on this tusk and will be always responsible for any breakdown. Our Drivers have also been put to check for effective Communication and always to ensure the Safari Vehicle is Well Serviced before any Safari Journey.
About destination and Accommodation: Thank you so much for Liking our recommendation to Visit Amboseli National Park and also for Liking the Amboseli Sopa Lodge as we had highly recommended to you.

EXCELLENT
i worked with leisure tips to book my vacation at Diani, i had no clue of the hotel i wanted to go to and so Justine was sooo kind and patient with me to share different options highlighting the pros and cons of each. we finally settled for Baobab and it was amazing, from the planning to the booking, to the constant check in with us to ensure we were okay.. and not to forget Nancy our transfer driver, an amazing soul and she was soo insightful, shared alot of stories about the area and the people in the areas, their way of life etc etc, she is warm and very approachable.
Justine and Nancy also organised for us the trip to wasini and wow wow wow, it was magical.... i cant finish without acknowledging our boat crew to wasini Omari and his crew, they made our trip unforgettable by ensuring we got amazing under water photos

My birthday trip to Mombasa was so seamless thanks to leisuretips. They booked my flight, best hotel room with seaview, therefore i didn’t have to go through the hustle of making bookings myself.
The airport transfers to my hotel was timely, found my designated driver waiting for me, with very pleasant attitude.
Overall rating is 5* & i’ll definitely book all my trips with them going forward

Martin and his staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. ,
This was my first trip to Kenya, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment we touched down at JKIA, we were so well taken care of. Our drivers for the first part of our trip were so wonderful and patient dealing with 12 different opinions. They even complimented my mom and aunt’s singing…non-stop…for 4 hours :) The Mombasa based crew was also amazing as well. Every tour was so well thought out too, giving us a good mix of safari-type experiences and cultural experiences. I would absolutely book with Leisure Trips in the future.
