Unforgettable Tanzania Trip with Sacred Wilderness Expedition
I am truly grateful to Lulu, Saidi, and the entire Sacred Wilderness team for organizing and taking such excellent care of my friends and me. Upon arrival in Arusha, I fell ill. She promptly arranged for a team member to take me to the hospital, and I recovered immediately. Thereafter, Lulu was in constant touch, checking on me via email and WhatsApp.
The safari trip was incredible. Saidi's extensive knowledge of animals, birds, and their interactions in the animal kingdom enriched our experience immensely. Our accommodation was comfortable and met all our needs. Additionally, Sacred Wilderness seamlessly booked our flights and hotel stay in Zanzibar. They even organised a beautiful sunset cruise at Kendwa Beach.
The entire holiday was wonderfully executed! I highly recommend Sacred Wilderness for an unforgettable adventure.

Responsive and accommodating allowing for a worry free experience.
Lulu offered me prompt quotes, made special arrangements for me when my flight got delayed, and was always available throughout the trip to answer any questions that came up. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their job. The food was amazing and the chef that accompanied us on our expedition was able to make meals that complied with all our diets.

Fabulous
Best tour company Ever! Lulu is fabulous! She was in constant communication, recommended hotels before and after my safari. She even called my guide to check in on me (I didn’t have service)! My guide Malfred was beyond the best of the best! So knowledgeable on the cultures, animals, plants etc. He had an answer for all our questions. We were so blessed to be able to see All Big 5, Malfred knew exactly where to go
DVD was our chef and he cooked some outstanding food!!we ate like royalty because of him!!
I cannot thank Lulu, Malfred, DVD and the rest of the staff at Sacred Wildwrness enough for such an amazing experience! I will be back.
They are very accommodating to solo travelers and the price is very reasonable

Responsive, always available but communication can be further improved
We really enjoyed the five days and warmly recommend Sacred Wilderness Expeditions (SWE). Lulu organised everything in detail, was really responsive to our messages, kind, and fast in problem-solving. Information was always provided at request.
Some possible areas of improvement may be: a clearer reference point/person to talk to during the safari - we have never met Lulu, or anyone from SWE, in person and we have had three different guides in five days, who did not necessarily know of SWE. We would have also liked a bit more adherence to the original plan, which changed a couple of times, or at least a bit more communication in advance on the guide and destination for the day (we often discovered the plan for the next day only the night before, or the very same morning - what guide/park to visit/travelling companions/drivers...).
However these are areas of only marginal possible improvement. We really enjoyed everything and had a great time.
Again, we very much recommend SWEs!
Note: SWEs is in charge of the overall organisation but they rely on partner companies for the safaris themselves (guides/lodges/drivers/...). At least for the shared safaris.

One always felt that one was taken care of
Our driver Peter and our cook Mesha were incredible. We really became friends and kept contact even after returning back home. The operator always kept us up to date and held contact with us. Communication therefore was always on-point. The service was excellent from the pickup at the airport to the drop off on our way back home again. The value for money was overwhelming and I can only recommend everyone who's reading this to do the tour.

Great safari trip
We loved the safari trip. Lulu was our contact point to organize the trip. Very clear communication before the trip and during.
The food and accommodation were great! We noticed that some other groups had brown bag picnic lunches while we were almost the only ones having a real cooked meal with real plates and cutlery for lunch which was super.
The welcome at Ngedere Lodge was really warm with nice staff, and the rooms clean and comfortable. The dinners and breakfast at the lodge were also very good.
Our tour guides were different each day. They were all very experienced. Special thanks to Godson who was a great driver and efficient in bringing us to spot different animals, and to Malisa who was so knowledgeable, informative and energetic.

Great company, good communication, excellent food and good guides
From the start, we have had very good communication with Lulu, answering all our questions. Our schedule got changed last minute, but regarding travel times that was even better. Throughout the safari, the food was excellently prepared by chef Victor and Ibrahim and sufficiently enough and healthy! We had some problems with the car, but that was solved as quickly as possible by the guides. William was a very nice guy, but a bit less assertive than Saidi regarding explanations about wildlife and local tribes and so on. The second half of the tour, we learned more about the surroundings from Saidi. But overall, both guides were very friendly, helpful and good. In term of value for money, we would recommend Sacred (and our tour guides) again!

Great locally owned tour operator with fair prices
After getting quotes from several tour operators in Arusha, we finally settled on Lulu because she offered the most reasonable prices for a 5 night, 6 day safari tour that included Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. The different hotels she booked for us kept getting progressively better and better. Our tour guide and driver Ellie, was a very friendly, nice and knowledgeable man. We encountered a lot of muddy and difficult roads but Ellie always managed to get us across in the most professional and calm way without once getting stuck or breaking down. We saw the Big 5 plus many more animals, truly and unforgettable experience.
