Breath taking
Best safari company
Sacred Widerness is the only company to consider if you visit Tanzania! Everything exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Lucas, was excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, environment, and culture of this wonderful country. The company recommended camps were all unique and exceptional. The lunches were amazing with local foods.People were jealous when they saw our set-up. I can't say enough about our time in Tanzania and am so thankful that we chose Sacred Wilderness Expedition. Request Lucas as your guide for sure!

Was great! Everything was accomplished. The Landrover are in excellent conditions. The guides are great. And the food is incredible, the best food of all the tours. The camps were beautiful and complete. We enjoy an excellent trip and will repeat it. Thank you very much Sacred Wilderness Expedition!!

Breath taking
This was the best trip I never had.Lulu organised everything so well that I almost forgot I was so far way from home. I felt always so cared for. The food was amazing. The drivers were very nice and they knew all about the animals. Our driver sang to us the song Akuna matata!! During the safari we were able to see the big 5 and lots of others animals. The hotels were very nice and confortable with views breath taking! Lulu thank you very much!

Took care of everything!
Lulu was a pleasure to work with. She helped us through many different iterations of our itinerary as our plans changed a few times. She was able to advise and help put together the Serengeti safari of our dreams. When we arrived Lulu took care of all arrangements. Even more, when our airline cancelled our flight home and we had to change plans, Lulu was responsive and quickly helped us make new arrangements that worked perfectly.

AMAZING SAFARI

We are absolutely thrilled that we decided to go with Sacred Wilderness Expedition for our Tanzanian safari. Right from the start, communication was exceptional. Every single one of our numerous questions was addressed promptly, and the entire process was seamless—from the Kilimanjaro airport pickup to our drop off at the Arusha airport. William, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, and not only did we gain a wealth of insight about the wildlife, but also about the everyday life in Tanzania. Throughout the trip, we felt completely at ease, allowing us to fully relish our first safari experience. I can earnestly recommend Sacred Wilderness Expedition—our adventure was truly unforgettable.

An incredible experience , Best team !
We had a 3 days safari ( Serengeti and Ngorongoro) We had an incredible safari trip in Tanzania for our honeymoon! The weather was perfect, the food was delicious, and the car was reliable and comfortable. Our guide, Sam, was the best! We had fascinating conversations and saw all the amazing animals and he really made sure we saw all the animals ( only for the rhinoceros who is very rare, we saw cheetah and leopard

Responsive, always available but communication can be further improved
We really enjoyed the five days and warmly recommend Sacred Wilderness Expeditions (SWE). Lulu organised everything in detail, was really responsive to our messages, kind, and fast in problem-solving. Information was always provided at request.
Some possible areas of improvement may be: a clearer reference point/person to talk to during the safari - we have never met Lulu, or anyone from SWE, in person and we have had three different guides in five days, who did not necessarily know of SWE. We would have also liked a bit more adherence to the original plan, which changed a couple of times, or at least a bit more communication in advance on the guide and destination for the day (we often discovered the plan for the next day only the night before, or the very same morning - what guide/park to visit/travelling companions/drivers...).
However these are areas of only marginal possible improvement. We really enjoyed everything and had a great time.
Again, we very much recommend SWEs!
Note: SWEs is in charge of the overall organisation but they rely on partner companies for the safaris themselves (guides/lodges/drivers/...). At least for the shared safaris.

Great company, good communication, excellent food and good guides
From the start, we have had very good communication with Lulu, answering all our questions. Our schedule got changed last minute, but regarding travel times that was even better. Throughout the safari, the food was excellently prepared by chef Victor and Ibrahim and sufficiently enough and healthy! We had some problems with the car, but that was solved as quickly as possible by the guides. William was a very nice guy, but a bit less assertive than Saidi regarding explanations about wildlife and local tribes and so on. The second half of the tour, we learned more about the surroundings from Saidi. But overall, both guides were very friendly, helpful and good. In term of value for money, we would recommend Sacred (and our tour guides) again!
