Excellent Customer Service
I enjoyed every bit of my Kenya and Tanzania safari especially the ngorongoro crater. It's unforgettable. I'm so grateful to Kentau especially Dominic and his staff. Although I didn't get everything I had asked for, I was kept informed of everything throughout my tour of Tsavo and Amboseli safari. I organized a safari to Amboseli NP, Tsavo East and Mombasa for our church visitors from the United States. Completing a 5-day Mt. Kenya hike was a significant accomplishment for my wife and me. Our guide, Alex, was consistently understanding and supportive. While the food didn't fully meet my preferences, the overall experience, meticulous planning, and seamless coordination by Kentau deserve a 5-star rating.
