Responsible Company
My colleagues and I summited Mt. Kenya via Chogoria organized by Kentau Safaris. It is something we had talked about but had never fully decided on how to go about it. We reached it out to several companies but eventually settled on Kentau Safaris to plan our hike. What impressed me most about them was their responsiveness and solutions to every challenge we brought up. They encouraged us and in our minds what had thought of a very complex adventure turned out to be fun. I appreciate the guide, Mr. Alex and Joseph our chef for taking care of us. We feel ready to attempt Mt. Kilimanjaro after the positive experience with Mt. Kenya.We will definitely use the services of Kentau.

Organized
We managed to summit Mt. Kenya, Lenana peak and it was a fulfilling experience. Kentau was very instrumental in planning our trip and although I struggled a bit on the summit day with altitude sickness, Alex the guide was very considerate and experienced in managing the whole situation. He checked our oxygen levels and advised us to stay hydrated. I was not sure I would summit considering I had never hiked above 3000m but the experience of the guide was the game changer. The owner, Mr. Dominic is an excellent communicator and provided us with all the information we needed which helped us a lot in preparing for the trip. You will be making a great choice if you choose Kentau for your Mt. Kenya hiking adventure.

Competent and Professional
I dealt with the company owner, Mr. Dominic from the inquiry of my trip to ALake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara safari with my wife. There are a lot of positive things to be said about this company, from its customer service focus and dedication to satisfaction. I was really impressed by the professional response I got during inquiry, and the execution of the agreed itinerary. They were very transparent and explained everything well. At the end of it all, we got to enjoy our 5-day safari without any issues.

Incredibly responsible and meticulous
Dominic from Kentau Safaris is incredibly genuine, responsible, meticulous, and also highly competent. I am convinced that Kentau Safaris is the best Tour Agency in Kenya and Tanzania.
It all began when I started messaging him about the Mt. Kenya climb and after meeting him in Nairobi, I entrusted him with 8 various tours including hikes(Mt Kilimanjaro, Meru, Ol Doyno Lengai), safari tours and city tours in Kenya and Tanzania.
He always responds to every question with the utmost honesty and courtesy and carefully monitors the tour's progress. Whenever needed, he promptly takes actions reflecting any requests, ensuring the utmost satisfaction and peace of mind throughout the tour. All the guides he introduced were also excellent and honest people. So I've had a truly joyful time with Kentau Safaris over the past month.
Don't waste your precious time and money on choosing any other ordinary tour company.

Probably we should have started early as given 6.00 am Stopped at a breakfast place but they were not ready and took time.
We only saw one lion resting and no leopards. The rest was good. Saw Giraffs , Rhinos, Zebras ,Impala's and buffaloes.
Well Organized
I have just finished my 5-day Mt Kenya hike and I must say it was a very rewarding experience. I got a very great team, the guide, Eddy was very experienced and made everything seem easy. The whole climbing crew was amazing and I am grateful they made the experience worth it. I would recommend Kentau to other hikers.
