Great, easy and organised
Kentau is great! My friend and i went on mount kenya hike and is was awesome, Dominic was great and easy to book with, gave a good price and helped us a lot, kept our stuff while on the hike, and drove it to our hotel after! Eddie, our guide, was amazing aswell ass the kind porters!! Really recommend Kentau!!

Amazing safari with an amazing guide!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Kentau Safaris! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and we felt truly taken care of. The communication with Dominic was highly professional, making the booking process smooth and stress-free.
A special highlight of our trip was our guide Christopher. He was not only highly experienced and knowledgeable about the wildlife and landscapes but also incredibly warm-hearted and attentive. His passion for nature and dedication made every moment special.

Responsive, welcoming, and super flexible in planning and tailoring the trip for us
The communication was clear. We wanted to upgraded rooms in our trip, and Dominic listed a bunch of options (like 10 of them) without me asking. Charles (our guide) was super adorable and helpful, and we managed to see all the big five any so many other species even though we went in December, the quiet season. Only downside was the car was a little old, but it makes sense for all cars because road condition in the safari is not optimal. Overall, the trip was a blast.
I inquired about 5 companies for our trip, and Kentau's pricing was the most reasonable, and it matched the price listed (for other companies the prices don't match, which was weird to me at first).

A memorable experience
The service offered by Kentau has been eccellent. Communication before, during and after safari was perfect. For every issue or question Dominic has always been responsive and available.
Dominic has been great in organizing and managing the whole tour, and Chris has been a perfect guide, precise and friendly.

The best thing about our trip was that Modi was with us!
With Modi there is nothing to fear. excellent driver, excellent safari guide, explains everything thoroughly. always punctual, never late. I 100% recommend Modi to everyone who travels to Africa and wants to get to know the heart of Africa safely and comfortably.

Amazing experience, easy going.
Choosing of Kentau safaris was the best choice I could do. Comunication before our safari tour was super easy. Acomodation during the safari was more that luxurious , with beautiful views with sunrise/sunsets, pools and kind people around. Our guide Modi arrived on time to pick up at the hotel at Diani and we could just quickly move into the wild. He knows a lot of information about animals, country, history. He was a very nice person full of jokes and he take care about us very well. I can reccommend game drive with him 100%

Incredible Mount Kilimanjaro Experience with Kentau Safaris
I recently (November 2004) had the privilege of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with Kentau Safaris, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail made this challenging adventure truly unforgettable.
John, the guide were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring that I felt safe, comfortable, and motivated throughout the trek. His insights into the mountain’s history, terrain, and local culture added a unique and enriching dimension to the journey.
The porters and cooks deserve special recognition for their hard work and hospitality. The meals were delicious, varied, and exactly what I needed to keep my energy up—truly impressive considering the conditions on the mountain!

Exceptional service and unforgettable experience
Kentau Safaris and Dominic couldn't have been better. From first contact to when I left Kenya, the service was amazing. Extremely well organised, friendly staff/guides and arranged transport was as good as it gets, and the safari itself was fantastic. Dominic was always on hand to help or answer questions. make every moment unique
I contacted Dominic after reading reviews about the Kentau Safari on the Safari Reviews website. Having to take a couple of friends to discover Kenya, a country I have been visiting since I was a child, he was very willing to build a tailor-made itinerary in different parks of the country and the experience was amazing.
With the driver we always felt very safe, his great experience is evident, so much so that we stopped to help other jeeps that had got stuck in the mud, which made the safari more fun.
We enjoyed all the views, so diverse and incredible, we saw so many animals, way beyond the big five!!!
I can't wait to visit the parks that I still miss.
