We had an unforgettable experience with Roger during our safari in the Masai Mara. Roger was exceptional: always available, punctual, and incredibly professional. He went above and beyond to ensure we experienced all the emotions of the safari to the fullest, showing us every detail and sharing fascinating facts about the wildlife and nature around us.
We are a family with three small children, and even for them, it was a fantastic experience. Roger was extremely attentive to our needs, making everything easy and enjoyable for the whole family. The kids had so much fun and felt completely at ease.

Amazing trip in Kenya with Johny
We are a group with 5 persons. We had an amazing trip in this week. We went to Amberseli and maasai mara. Our guide Jonny made an excellent job and took us to see the lions and leopards that is hard to find. We also like the hotel, clean luxury and food is good.

Amazing journey of nature with Johnny
Our first time in Africa doing a safari, and the experience with Jugleroam was truly enjoyable. Chesi was incredibly supportive and responsive, both before and during our trip, ensuring everything went smoothly. Our guide, Johnny, not only responsible and experienced but also very funny, adding so much fun to the journey. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to spot the Big Five and capture amazing photos.

Knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and proffesional.
Our safari was high above expectations. David, our driver/guide was excellent. He knew where to look for animals and was determined to find them. He was very accommodating and friendly. Our sleeping accommodations were great.

David was extremely knowledgeable about the animals. He seemed to know the minds of the animals. He knew where they might be going and got us to the right spot for viewing and photos.

Robin, a big thank you!!!Best safari experience ever!
It was the best experience in safari I ever had. The Masai Mara Reservation is full of wonderfull surprises, as our guide/safari driver said. We saw here a lot kinds of antilopes: impala, gnu, topi,Thompson gaselle, bigger elephants I've ever seen, a chetah after capturing a gaselle, gorgeous girafes, buffalos, a lot of elegant birds, pumbas, hippos, crocodiles and...the greater surprise the whole King of the jungle family, a pair of lions, three lioness with their babies. Our safari driver, Robin was an excellent host for the entire safari experience. The accomodation in safari tents very well guarded was also an impresive experience with a very warm and polite employees.
We visited also a Masai village, that gave us a veey warm welcome and taught us about their traditions and well preserved life stile. Great, great, great experience!!! A big thank you to you all. I can't wait to come back again in Kenya!!

Perfect service
The whole service was better from the beginning to the end.
Solomon the driver was amazing. His driving, his map memory in the national park was incredible.
He took us always to the best sights and always very close to the animals.
I've lost my reading glasses at the Masai village. Solomon and Helen did an amazing organisation to get it back.
I was very happy because the glasses still with me and I've got unforgettable memories on the 3 days Masai Mara safari.
