Richard is a great guide. He went above and beyond to show us cheetah and leopard. Explained every tit-bits of safari.
The stay at the camp site was pretty relaxed, and peaceful with good amenities. Food was great too. It was a great experience!!

We had an absolutely amazing time on Safari to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru! Our driver Alex was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly - we love him!
The accommodation was perfect for us and the staff at Mara Lenchada camp were so so kind especially Eddah and Lucy.

I had a great time in my 8 days safari tour. My tour agency, Chesi from Jungleroam, is excellent. From the very beginning, she worked efficiently with offering program and price, always there to be ready answer my questions. And she even made some international calls to talk with me about my program which made me feel very reliable. All the arrangements are very good from the food, the guide, the vehicles and the hotel, especially our guide, John. We enjoyed so much to be with him. He is very professional, always found us good chance to see all kinds of animals. He is very familiar with the location of the predictors which offered us a lot of exciting moments. And he could always get as close as possible to the animals and very good spot for pictures. With his help, I have made a lot of beautiful pictures. I am really appreciated for Chesi and John’s efforts to offer me great experience in the tour.

As the title suggests, I conducted thorough research and discovered that there are numerous local agencies that can support safari tours in Kenya. I am truly fortunate to have Chesi and Steve of Jungleroam leading our journey.
Among all the agencies I contacted, Chesi consistently provided the quickest responses via WhatsApp and efficiently addressed all my requests. Most importantly, she offered excellent suggestions and negotiated the best price for our trip to Kenya.
I would also like to give a huge shout-out to our amazing driver, STEVE! His exceptional driving skills are complemented by a warm heart and genuine passion for the safari experience. He consistently went above and beyond, treating us like family. I am incredibly grateful to have had Steve accompany us on this journey, allowing us to see an abundance of wildlife—not just the Big Five, but also many adorable baby animals! We were truly lucky!

Great 4-day safari experience!
JungleRoam was a great safari tour provider. They were very responsive on whatsapp before and after booking my safari. My guide was knowledgeable and knew the best spots to see animals. We saw the big five and even saw leopards which are rare in Maasai Mara. I do wish the guide shared more information with us about the animals (although he did say a couple times that we could ask him questions, I wish he took the initiative and shared his knowledge unprovoked). When we got to Nakuru he improved on this and shared more info with us without us asking specific questions, which I appreciated. However, he did not always speak very clearly or loud enough for people in the back to hear. He also did not keep us informed on the general itinerary of where we are going/how long it will take to get places, etc. Maybe he assumed we would be looking at our emailed itineraries, but there was a lack in general etiquette I would expect from a tour like this. The accommodations for the tour were great for the price and the food was decent. Overall, the main thing I wanted was to see lots of animals and get great photos, which I was able to do. I think at their competitive prices, this tour is definitely worth it and I would book it again.
