professional
5/5

When I was selecting the local guide, I sent more than 20 emails. Gungleroam was not my first choice at first, but Chesi made me feel very reliable. She responded to everything. The price she gave was very cheap and the deposit ratio was appropriate. Because we have different from the regular ones, we made some adjustments ourselves and added some itineraries. In the end, everything went well. It was very good. The guide was Johny Jackson, who was recommended by the others. He was professional and humorous. In the end, it was really good. Compared with the ordinary collection of the five tyrants, we took pictures of the face, and when we took pictures of the little tiger, only our car. It was very happy all the way. It was a very pleasant journey.

Rodger performed well at chasing elephants, we captured several times elephants through the roads. What should be highlighted is the view with elephants and Kilimanjaro, which will linger and last for the rest of life.

Rodger is our official tour guide, who is just like one of the elephants’ friend, because it seems elephants went around him. We met a lot of animals in the park, which is beyond our expectations. What pity is absence of lions and cheetahs, as Rodger said, nature is not predictable.

Fabulous safari with excellent guide Kikitu
5/5

Thanks for the help from Chesi, replied on time. Jungleroam is a trustable agent with well experienced guides. Our excellent guide Kikitu was the real value added. He had a unique sense of humor and gave us a lot of joy during the 7-day safari. He was also very professional in the game drives and he made sure we always had the best spot to see animals and enough time to take the best pictures. He was always eager to give us more information on the animals. You would be very lucky to have him!!!

Thanks for Kikitu and Jungleroam, I had an unforgettable and lifetime experience in Kenya.

I have generated relevant content for you from the aspects of communication, service, cost-effectiveness, reliability and travel experience. You can refer to it on demand:

1. Communication: When consulting before entering the park, the staff responds quickly. Whether it is a telephone or an online message, they can answer questions clearly and patiently, and all kinds of information are conveyed in a timely manner.

Two. Service: From the guidance of entering the park to the thoughtful reminder during the tour, the staff is always enthusiastic. When children are curious about animals, they will also explain in detail.

3. Cost-effective: The ticket price covers a variety of sightseeing projects, and you can also participate in animal feeding and other interactions. The prices in the park are also relatively reasonable, and it is a great value.

4. Reliability: The park is open according to the established time, the facilities are maintained in place, the animal display is also stable, and there is no discrepancy between publicity and reality.

5. Travel experience: Stroll in the jungle, closely observe the living conditions of various wild animals, and immerse yourself in the charm of nature, which is really unforgettable.

Excellent Johny and Chesi
5/5

Our safari adventure in Kenya, from January 28th to February, was an experience of a lifetime, and we owe it all to our extraordinary guide, Johny Jackson. From Amboseli to Nakuru, Naivasha, and the Maasai Mara, Johny made every moment of our journey unforgettable. His expertise, kindness, and dedication to ensuring we had the best experience possible truly set him apart. This was not just a safari; it was the trip of a lifetime, and Johny was the heart of it.

From the very beginning, Johny impressed us with his deep knowledge of the wildlife and ecosystems. He had an uncanny ability to spot animals from incredible distances, often pointing out creatures we would have missed entirely. Whether it was the majestic African Big Five or the smaller, equally fascinating animals, Johny always found the best vantage points for us to observe and photograph them. His keen eye and patience allowed us to witness breathtaking moments, like a lioness on the hunt, a herd of elephants bathing in a watering hole, and a leopard lounging in a tree. He even managed to track down specific animals we showed him in pictures, as if he had a sixth sense for locating wildlife.

Johny’s photography skills were another highlight of the trip. He didn’t just guide us; he became our personal photographer, capturing stunning images of us with the animals, the landscapes, and the mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets. His ability to frame the perfect shot and his willingness to take countless photos ensured we left with a treasure trove of memories. Every picture he took was a masterpiece, and we are so grateful for the effort he put into documenting our journey.

Beyond his professional skills, Johny’s personality made the trip even more special. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, always going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. His sense of humor and positive attitude kept us smiling throughout the trip. What truly touched us, though, was his effort to connect with us on a personal level. As Chinese travelers, we were amazed by Johny’s dedication to learning our language. His impressive Chinese vocabulary and constant attempts to communicate in Mandarin made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. His English was also flawless, making conversations with him effortless and enjoyable.

Johny’s driving skills were another standout feature of the trip. Navigating the rugged terrain of the national parks with ease, he ensured our safety while getting us as close as possible to the action. His ability to handle the vehicle with precision and confidence added to the overall comfort and excitement of the safari.

What truly sets Johny apart, however, is his commitment to continuous learning. His passion for his work and his desire to improve himself were evident in every interaction. Whether it was learning new Chinese phrases or staying updated on the latest wildlife facts, Johny’s dedication to growth was inspiring.

In conclusion, Johny Jackson is not just a guide; he is a true professional, a talented photographer, a skilled driver, and a wonderful human being. Thanks to him, our safari was everything we dreamed of and more. We saw incredible wildlife, experienced unforgettable moments, and left with our hearts full of joy. Johny made this journey the happiest and most memorable trip of our lives. We cannot recommend him highly enough and hope to return one day to explore more of Kenya with him by our side. Thank you, Johny, for making our safari dreams come true!
