We had the most unforgettable safari experience with Jungleroam Safaris, thanks to our incredible guide, Jeff.
From the very first day, Jeff impressed us with his punctuality, professionalism, and calm, confident presence. He’s tall and strong — which made us feel completely safe — yet he’s also gentle, patient, and kind. Even after long days on the road, he would still take the time to clean the car until it looked spotless. That level of care really shows his dedication.
Jeff’s passion and skill in spotting wildlife are absolutely exceptional. He was always the first to find animals — and soon after, all the other cars would arrive. Whatever we hoped to see, he made it happen: white and black rhinos, a serval, lions hunting, lion cubs, flamingos, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests and zebras crossing the river… everything we dreamed of, we saw because of him.
What touched us most was his sincerity. He once wore brand-new white shoes, but when another car got stuck in the mud, he jumped out right away to help, not caring if they got dirty. After returning to the lodge, he still offered to take us to watch the sunset, and before our flight, he even brought us shopping.
Communication with Jungleroam Safaris was smooth and clear from the beginning, and the whole trip was well-organized and great value for money.
Jeff is not just a great guide — he’s someone who truly cares about his guests and makes every moment special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

With over 15 years of experience, it truly shows. He knew all the routes by heart and made our safari experience unforgettable. Solomon was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very kind, patient, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Our safari with Jungleroam Safaris in October was absolutely incredible, thanks largely to our guide, Ken. From the start, communication was smooth and everything was well-organized. Ken’s knowledge of wildlife and his ability to spot animals made each game drive exciting and educational. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience – always patient, friendly, and attentive to our interests. A very pleasant trip and an extraordinary experience. Overall, the trip met our expectations, and the itinerary was consistent with what was agreed upon in advance. Chesi replied quickly and responded to our requirement in choosing the hotels. The deposit rate was lower compared to other travel agencies. It's worth noting that we had to pay an extra $90 per person upon arrival due to a park fee increase, despite booking one month in advance. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
The hotel matched the original booking, and our guide Richard（whose Massai name is Nkoile）was responsible and punctual in meeting us at the agreed locations. During the trip, we saw many animals, including all of the Big Five and four of the Ugly Five. We would miss the trip in the future.

I had an amazing trip to Kenya with Jungleroam, and I can’t recommend them enough! Everything was well-organized, smooth, and full of beautiful moments. A big part of what made the experience so special was our driver, Stanley.
Stanley was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire journey. He always made sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying ourselves. He knows so much about Kenya — from wildlife and culture to the best local spots — and shared it all with such enthusiasm.
