Personal
The day after we arrived in Dar es Salaam, Daudi, owner of Asante Bibi, gave us a city tour of all the highlights of the city. The next day we went to Bagamoyo.
With a local guide we went to historic buildings, to the beach, a local restaurant and the mission. We learned so much, not only about the history, but also how to eat the local dish Ugali. Transport was well arranged and a driver expertly drove us through the hectic traffic. We were dropped off back at our hotel at the end of the day, tired but satisfied.
Both days we are well cared. Thank you. Asante. And we will love the Safari with you the coming days.

Wonderfull days in pole pole way
Some advise first. Do it slow, don't rush. Take more days and enjoy. We did. We choose 4 days safari. We had enough time to rest after flight, visit Masai village, take a game drive and finally hike in Udzungwa mountains.
We had very good contact with Daudi - the tour operator - all the time. Many weeks before we discussed tour details on WhatsApp and finally everything was as agreed.
Asante bibi staff is very caring. We felt safe all the time. Abel was our guide on safari. He is very experienced and game drive was great experience.
Atupele camp is very nice place just like their staff. It takes 15-20 minutes to reach mikumi park main entrance.
We don't want to go to Sanje waterfalls so Daudi suggested easiest alternative Chizua waterfalls. It was great. Margareth was our guide on that day. My wife had a problem with her leg so Abel also joined us. Once again we felt very safe.
The most unique part of tour was train. It was genius idea. In 1h and 40 minutes you get from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro. It is very comfortable and very good alternative for car drive.
We highly recommend taking safari and other tour with Asante bibi tours. The price was very affordable and it was very good value for money. They are flexible and can adopt to your requirements.

Asante Bibi Safaris is a great opportunity to have an authentic experience in Tanzania
Definitely must do!
We went to Nierere National park and it had been amazing, thanks do David, CEO of Asante Bibi, our amazing driver Matata and out other guide (we called her Gloria, but probably a mistake from us)
We were 4 and I would like to specify the initial context. We booked another safari while we were back in Italy (unfortunately we did not find Asante Bibi from there) and in the same morning we were supposed to live the tour operator told us they had a serious problem and we could not go anymore! We started to look for other tour operators to leave on the same day and David (at 6 am local time!!!) told us “ok sure we can go!”. He personally came to pick us up with Matata at our hotel in Dar es Salaam to start our adventure. After about 5 hours drive we made it to the park and we did a boat safari in the afternoon while on the day after we did the jeep safari spending the full day the park. On third day we visited a Masai village and then we left perfectly on time to make it to our ferry to Zanzibar.
During the safari we saw many animals observing them very closely. A GREAT plus has been that we slept in a local lodge close to the village and Gloria has been super nice and took us around to see a bit the life there at night. Our walk finished by listening Gloria trying the songs at the church with her group. It has been AMAZING!!!

A beautiful experience
a nice experience had with Asante bibi tour.
everything was very well organized, adapted to our needs as a family with 2 small children.
even though we arrived at midnight in Dar es Salaam, Daudi waited for us to finalize the last details.
our very well trained and experienced guide Gladness made us feel good and protected, as did our driver Abele.
recommended because the price is very good and the quality is good.

Davis and Asante Bibi go above and beyond to give you the experience you came for and more!
Bucket List Item ✅
Words cannot describe how breathtakingly beautiful Mikumi National Park safari was, all thanks to David, CEO of Asante Bibi Safaris.
Let me first start off by saying that I went on a solo Safari trip. As a woman by myself first time in Tanzania, David made me feel safe and guided me every step of the way. He personally picked me up at the airport in Dar Es Salaam and brought me safely to my hotel. David Met me back at the hotel lobby in the morning to pick me up and head to the train station where I enjoyed a local train ride to Morogoro. When we arrived at Morogoro station our driver Rajabu greeted us and drove us to the park. (Total travel time was around 3.5 hours, but WELL worth it) Thanks to our Asante Bibi tour guide Abedinego we spent 6 breaking hours in the Mikumi where I saw so much amazing wildlife including the hard to find Leopard. I even saw the rarest of all - a Pangolin!
I would recommend David and Asante Bibi Safaris for you all your Tanzania adventures!
10/10 Highly Recommend!

Amazing opportunity to see the Big 5
We had fantastic Safari to Mikumi organised by Asante Bibi. On the first day we visited Masai village, where my husband was surprised by bday cake and song. It was unforgetable and we learnt so much about the culture. The next day we had all day game drive and we spoted a pride of lions that were hunting for buffalos, thanks to great knowledge of Abel our guide. We were lucky to have both driver and the guide so he could focus on our questions completely. The service and facilities at Atupele hotel were top notch, excellent food. Special thanks for second bday cake! My only regret is that the trip had come to the end!

Amazing experience, everything was great, 2 days 1 night Mikumi safari
Very reliable and good value for money. It was possible to customize the trip according to our preferences. We had game drives on both days as we preferred. There was also enough time to rest in a beautiful lodge, Camp Bastian, with a good restaurant and swimming pool. The buffet lunch in Mikumi was tasty. The SGR train in business class was very comfortable. All the people were friendly and attentive. Daudi responded quickly when we wanted to change something. All was well taken care of from pick up to return. Both the guide, Abel, and the driver were great. We saw many animals, and the overall experience was amazing. Thank you, everyone!

Everything was great, both service and tour
I did a 4 day safari in Mikumi and Nyerere NP with Asantebibitours, and everything was amazing, from the service provided before and after to the actual tour. They provided full support with airport pickup and helped me during my stay in Tanzania even once the tour was finished. Plus my guide, Abel, was amazing. Really knowledgeable and ready to solve any problem occurred. I will definitely call them again when I'll be back visiting. Thanks to everyone

A responsive, attention detailed & well rounded tour operator
I booked very last minute (at 9pm the night before) a 2 day, 1 night safari from Dar to Mikumi. Asante Bibi were attentive from the very beginning with clear communication and provided a safe yet secure form of payment via pesapal. The SGR train to Mikumi is a much better way of getting to and from Mikumi. The lodge they sorted was high end for a safari, no aircon, but otherwise it mixed the modern needs of a holiday with simple comfort in the bush really well. The lodge can vary, but the options are really good either way. I visited a Maasai place on the first day and had a full private game drive on the second day which is a rare thing to come across on a safari with the value of it. The guide/driver and Daudi (the owner) were attentive and knowledgeable throughout making sure I saw as many animals as possible in the short time I had. They will make sure you are looked after from pick up to return. I would highly recommend Asante Bibi as a family run, family owned and small private business that will make sure you have an ace time throughout. Asante sana!

Honeymoon and once in a lifetime experience 5 days and 4 nights Safari
We spent 5 days and 4 nights in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Park with Asante Bibi Tours and Safari and are still reminiscing about this amazing experience. Everything was planned and organized very well and we had the best guide who spoke perfect english and was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot and had such a great time. Our guide made sure we not only saw the big five but also saw many lion cubs, a momma Lepard with a baby, three Cheetahs, part of the great migration and any animal we could think of going on safari. Since we were on our honeymoon Asante Bibi Tours always made sure we felt extra comfortable. We 100% recommend this company by heart. It’s a smaller company owned by locals who do an amazing job. We will remember this trip forever.
