I can't express enough how grateful I am to Royal Star Expeditions for organizing an incredible sch trip to Amboseli National Park for my daughter and her classmates.From start to finish,the planning and execution of the trip were impeccable, leaving both the students and the parents entirely satisfied.
My daughter was bursting with joy and couldn't stop talking about her unforgettable experience at the place. She was truly over the moon,and her first words as she returned home were, "I want to go on more safaris!" That alone speaks about the amazing time she had.

I visited the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Nairobi National Park, organized by Royal Star Expeditions, and I must say it was a truly incredible experience. From the moment we set off on our safari land cruiser, I knew we were in for a treat.
First and foremost, I have to commend Royal Star Expeditions for providing us with an excellent safari land cruiser. The vehicle was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a successful game drive. Our driver was knowledgeable and experienced, ensuring that we had the best possible vantage points to spot wildlife.
Now, let's talk about the main attraction - the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. One of the highlights of our visit was witnessing baby elephants drinking milk from giant feeding bottles. It was an absolute delight to see these adorable creatures being cared for and nurtured by the dedicated staff at the trust. The sight of them clumsily splashing around in mud during their bath time was especially endearing.
The visiting hours at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust are between 11 am and noon, and it's important to note that the entry fee is paid in cash at the gate. We had the pleasure of working with Royal Star Expeditions for a group safari to Masai Mara National Reserve, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was. From start to finish, the team at Royal Star Expeditions went above and beyond to ensure that our safari was flawless.
Prior to the safari, they provided us with detailed information and advice on what to carry, including a packed lunch and soft drinks from our game lodge. This level of attention to detail was greatly appreciated and showed their commitment to making sure we had everything we needed for a successful trip.
On the day of our safari, we were picked up on time by our driver guide, Sammy. Not only was Sammy incredibly professional, but he also had an extensive knowledge of the park and its wildlife. Our family safari to Masai Mara with Royal Star Expeditions exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we contacted the tour operator, Winnie Mbesa, via email and WhatsApp text messages, we experienced prompt and efficient communication. Winnie was always available to answer our questions and made the booking process a breeze.
One aspect that stood out during our trip was the seamless coordination. Royal Star Expeditions took care of booking local flights for our family from Mombasa to Nairobi and arranged road transport from Nairobi to Masai Mara. Everything was well-organized, and we were impressed by how smoothly the logistics were handled.
Our driver guide, Musyoka, was another highlight of our safari experience. He was not only professional and friendly but also had extensive knowledge about the animals and the reserve. Additionally, we were extremely satisfied with our accommodation at Sopa Lodge Mara. The lodge provided a comfortable and luxurious stay for our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Jovial, educated and knowledgeable lady.
Winifred Mbesa, is a jovial, educated and knowledgeable lady. She gave us the history and explanation of the animals behaviors. She efficiently planned and executed the trip from collecting the funds, to paying and registration, getting a bus to take us to the park. It was so much fun meeting Winifred.

What I really enjoyed and appreciated about the trip was the lack of compromise on Quality of the villa we were staying in,the timings of pick up and making us feel comfortable.Royal star was very professional and kept to their promise of giving us the best even on a very limited budget.I practically did nothing,just packed my bags,got my SGR tickets details which had already been pre-booked through royal star expeditions and boarded my train to Mombasa.So hustle free.Also,the relationship with the villa proprietors who partnered with Royal Star expedition was really good ,gave me a lot of trust for the company and am doing another 1 week Mombasa trip with Royal star together with my two girls since I am assured of my safety.

I visited Nairobi National park. Was well attended to. Communication was good. The rates were so affordable it was worth it. The tour was very much exiting. We I saw different animals and birds. I loved watching the rhinos at a very close range. Oh and not to forget the monkey that almost snatched my lunch. I recommend Royal Star Expeditions a thousand times
