Fessal is passionate, knowledgable and friendly
Fessal was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. This was our first tour in Zanzibar and he made it so memorable and special. Fessal had all the facts and was super friendly - a pure joy to spend time with. The taxi/ boat was always ready for us and Fessal made us feel most welcome and comfortable at all times. We would recommend him to everyone!
He was absolutely perfect. The best i’ve experienced in my life.
By far the best experience i had with a touroperator. Fessal was professional and very enthousiastic. If he would organise a new trip, i would definitely participatie again.

Amazing!
I had a great tour with Fessal. He has a lot of knowledge about his country and was able to explain a lot to us which impressed me. He is very friendly and was never annoyed. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe with him. He always made sure that everyone was OK and always had a smile on his face. I travel a lot and so far this was my best tour with Fessal. I can only recommend the tours with him and will definitely come back to go on a safari with him.

Excellent, well informed guide!
I joined Imara tours for a daytrip to Jozani forest and a spice farm.
Fessal is a really nice and good guide. I highly recommend him. He didn't only share information about the locations that we visited, but was also happy to tell me much more about daily life and society. You really feel that he pours his heart into this company/job.
If you have doubts: book this local company. Most of the trips are offered by international organizations. This is so much better.
Interesting and comprehensive set
We toured Prison Island and Stone Town in one day and spice farm other day. We were able to plan the days according to our own schedules. Excellent price-performance ratio. A lot was learned. Whatever was asked, there was a comprehensive answer. Strong recommendation for Imara Tour. :)

Our safari was beyond our wildest dreams! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and unforgettable. A huge shoutout to our incredible guides—Saleem, Isa, and Fessal—whose expertise, passion, and warmth truly made this trip extraordinary.
Their knowledge of the wildlife and landscapes was unmatched. They ensured we saw everything from a pride of lions to a herd of elephants at Their stories and insights about the local ecosystem added so much depth to our adventure.
The accommodations were great. The hotel was close to the park and was very clean. Each day ended with stunning sunsets, delicious meals, and memories we’ll cherish forever.
If you’re considering a safari, Imara tours are the dream team to guide you through this once-in-a-lifetime journey. We can’t recommend them and this experience enough!

a nice man with a lot of knowledge about culture and nature
we booked a safari with iamara tours. fessal and the other employees are super friendly men. He has a lot of knowledge about the culture and nature. Everything is arranged for you from taxis to the safari. you don't have to do anything yourself. i have had a lot of contact via whatsapp. there is a quick response. the safari was great and we had a very nice day.
