A great comprehension resulting in a tailor-made journey that met all our expectations.
Communication by mail and skype with Thierry was always uncomplicated. Our questions were never too much for him and if he was going to be unavailable he gave us advance notice. He fully understood the kind of safari we were hoping for, the animals we wanted to see in particular and the kind of lodgings. The journey was smooth with someone waiting for us at every stop. Nearly all our transfers from one place to the next were by light aircraft, a first and memorable experience! The lodges and camps we stayed at in Zimbabwe and in Botswana all had charm and were well integrated into their environment. We started off in Zimbabwe with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river and a visit of Victoria Falls. Gorges lodge, where we spent one night is set on the cliffs of the Zambezi gorge, a spectacular setting. From there we were transferred to Somalisa Camp, a beautiful place in the heart of the Hwange bush, where elephants come to drink in front of the camp. From Somalisa we moved onto Kasane, Botswana where we also went on a sunset cruise on the river Chobe and a safari by the river where we spent a night in a small chalet at Kudu Lodge. Our next stop in Chobe was Savute where we stayed at the Savuti Camp, another camp beautifully set in the heart of the bush, and our final stop was at the Okavango delta where we stayed at Oddballs Camp, perhaps even more integrated into its environment where the safaries are by foot and mokoro (wooden canoe) only. Each place offered two safaries per day with friendly and competent guides who enabled us to see a big variety of faun and flora. Last, but not least, the food was delicious! Thanks Thierry, no doubt you'll be hearing from us for another African experience.

It was my first trip to South Africa and it was just amazing. Thierry is a Top, passionate, Fun guide. Thanks to his knowledge of the bush and the fauna, and through Safari on foot and in 4x4, he knew how to pass on his passion. Each place was at the top with amazing views. Just one last word, only to program the next trip

Hiking in South Africa great nature !
A fantastic trip in the real Africa ! A mix of hikes, walks and swim in mountains, villages and the coast. From Drakensberg to Wild Coast, and through Lesoto.
Very well organised, with good accomodation and food, with some basic nights in small villages. Close to the nature, close to people living there. Far from the cities and usual tourist destinations.
Recommanded !

so perfect , so amazing !
We wanted to go in Botswana and Victoria Falls. Thierry organised this trip for our family, and he understood exactly our requirements . We wanted to be only our family, close to the animals in the nature . And it was so much more than we could expected !! Thanks a lot, it was so great, so amazing, ; our guide, Justice, from Botswana was top also . Thanks again
Simply fantastic
Great 15 days tour in South Africa and Lesotho, great balance between hiking in super (various) landscapes and transferts (country discovery) and contact with different local cultures (accommodation owned by local persons)
All perfectly organized by Biwakwango, to be highly recommended

South Africa's adventure
We went this august on a trip in South Africa for 10 days, going through private reserves and the famous Kruger parc : what an adventure !! Between the peaceful walks in the reserves looking for the animals, where nature really seems to belong only to you, and the animated jeep tours in the Kruger parc pursuing the big fives, it was an intense and emotional journey ! Besides the leopard which was a bit shy, elephants lions giraffes buffalos ... what didn't we see ? Even a lioness hunting for her cubs !!
Big thank you for our guide Thierry who knew how to communicate his passion for African nature and made us all have a pretty good time from beginning to end ))
