Ethical, Responsible, Strategic Leadership and Support Every Step of the Way!
5/5

Moses, Esther, and team provide top tier support and guidance as local providers at an affordable and accessible rate. I enjoyed a solo expedition along the Lemosho route with a team of ten, including porters, main guide, assistant summit guide, chef, and waiter. Every single team member did their best. They were truly there to serve and help us achieve the summit goal while enjoying the experience as a whole. Kiliclimb was introduced to me by an experienced mountaineering friend. I could not be more grateful for the support. We adapted plans as needed to take advantage of weather and summited under a glowing full moon followed glorious sunrise. The food was excellent. The hot popcorn and tea at the end of each day was a special treat. For price, for service, for caring, I can confidently recommend this wonderful group!

Wonderful
5/5

We did a 5-day Safari with kiliclimb. We arrived in the evening and the guys came to pick us up at the airport and welcomed us with refreshing drinks and snacks, after the many hours spent in flight. They then accompanied us to the hotel where we spent the night. The next morning we met our guide, Logan, and after a short and detailed briefing we left for the Safari. We visited the Tarangire park, and in the following days the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara. Logan, always by our side, was always attentive to meet all our needs and answer our questions, he told us every secret about the local culture, nature and the life of the animals. We really met a beautiful person, with a heart of gold and we spent beautiful moments together, we had so much fun with him. It was an incredible and exciting experience. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to have an experience in Tanzania.

Wonderful
5/5

We did a 5-day Safari, which was a fantastic experience, thanks in part to the preparation of our guide and the general organization of the company. Before departure they helped us with every doubt and were attentive to our every need. Upon arrival they picked us up at the airport and welcomed us with drinks and snacks and introduced us to the 5 days. Everything was perfectly organized from the transfers to the food (fantastic lunches prepared day by day). Our guide, Logan, an amazing person with a gold heart who accompanied us throughout the trip in this unforgettable experience telling us every secret of the nature and animals seen and many interesting facts about their culture, tribes and much more, really a lot prepared. If I were to return to Tanzania I would definitely do it with them.

Sincere support
5/5

Mrs Naite quickly responded to the inquiry via WhatsApp, which relieved the anxiety before departure.
I am grateful they accepted my last-minute booking of Kilimanjaro climbing.

As per my request, they took me to souvenir’s shops in Arusha before heading to the airport.

I could tell they were being considerate to make my trip better.

Delivers exceptional service, transparent booking, and personalized touches for a perfect safari
5/5

We recently went on a 4-day private mid-range Serengeti safari tour in mid-November 2024.

To choose the right operator, we outlined our preferences, budget, and desired accommodations and requested quotes from about 20 different companies simultaneously. We eliminated operators with low ratings on TripAdvisor and SafariBooking.com, as well as those with poor reviews (1- or 2-star ratings), even if their overall ratings were high.

Among them, the operator that stood out was **Kiliclimb African Safari**, thanks to their prompt and courteous responses to all of our detailed questions and their competitive pricing.

Here are some highlights of our experience with them:

1. **Exceptional Communication**
They responded to dozens of questions with patience, clarity, and speed. Good communication is vital, especially when unforeseen issues might arise during the trip, and Kiliclimb excelled in this area, even before booking.

2. **Transparent Booking Process**
We appreciated their transparency throughout the booking process. In some reviews of other companies, I had read about travelers being placed in accommodations other than the ones they had reserved. However, Kiliclimb promptly provided invoices to confirm that our desired accommodations were secured, which reassured us and allowed us to proceed with confidence.
(Tip: Be cautious of operators offering suspiciously low prices without proper booking confirmations!)
There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges; the total cost matched the initial quote exactly.

3. **Amazing Guide: Terry**
Our guide, Terry, was fantastic—both friendly and professional. Not only did we see all of the Big Five animals, but we also saw many of them multiple times, which felt like incredible luck. Terry's keen eyesight helped us spot animals we would’ve missed otherwise, and he explained their behaviors in detail.
He communicated well with other guides, ensuring a steady flow of exciting animal encounters. Spending almost every moment of the 4 days together, we appreciated Terry’s excellent soft skills. He made the experience comfortable and enjoyable, even teaching us some Swahili while picking up bits of Korean from us. By the end of the trip, he could confidently say words like "Let's go," "Stop," and "Good!" in Korean.

4. **Impressive Accommodations**
Of the three lodges we stayed at, one was specifically requested by us (KUBU), and the other two were chosen by the operator within our budget. All three exceeded our expectations.
- The accommodations were clean and well-maintained.
- Hot showers worked perfectly.
- Mosquito nets were properly set up.
- Electricity was reliable.
- Meals were delicious.
- Staff at all lodges provided excellent service.

5. **Well-Equipped Safari Vehicle**
The safari vehicle was similar to others commonly seen in the parks, with a pop-up roof for optimal game viewing. Inside, it featured USB-A charging ports and a refrigerator stocked with water, soda, wine, and beer, which was a thoughtful touch.

6. **Thoughtful Honeymoon Touches**
As we were on our honeymoon, the operator added lovely details such as small gifts, custom stickers on the vehicle, and special surprises at the lodges, which made us feel truly cared for.

Given the significant amount of money involved, we spent considerable time researching, asking questions, and weighing options. In the end, we were completely satisfied with our decision. Throughout the process, we felt well-cared for, and during the safari itself, Terry checked in daily to ensure everything was running smoothly, which added an extra layer of comfort.

If you’re looking for a reliable operator, we wholeheartedly recommend Kiliclimb African Safari. Even for detail-oriented travelers like us, they proved to be an excellent choice!

Professional and attentive.

Safari experience can start around 900 € for back packers with no upper limits for the richests. But for 1.300€ pp the journey was perfect. I recommend the team.

Outstanding Experience!
5/5

Had the most excellent Kilimanjaro climb with Moses and Kiliclimb Africa Safaris. I was recommended by a friend here in Scotland and I'm glad we used this company. Extremely competitive price for a private climb for my cousin and I. Our support team was 12 people total. From start to finish everything was outstanding. It was everything we hoped and more. Friendly guides and porters, excellent food (I mean we certainly didn't expect chips and fried chicken at 4000 m!), private toilet, a really nice hotel before and after the climb. Highly recommended! Thanks again Moses. All the best from the Highlands of Scotland.

Lee.
