Incredible tour, all aspects perfectly organised with the most knowledgable passionate guide around
Extremely professional company to deal with who put on a perfect Safari for us. Their choice of accommodations, range of activities, quality of vehicle (able to access areas others can't) and above all, choice of a guide who always went above and beyond to ensure we had the best trip possible, with a level of knowledge, passion and experience that meant we always seemed to be the 1st vehicle to spot and get close to more challenging to find animals, including multiple leopards, tree lions, and being up close to a Lioness making a kill and Lion escaping a buffalo attack.. Really couldn't ask for more.

Extremadamente contentos de haber contratado esta empresa de safaris, que trabajaron de manera muy profesional. Brindaron una constante comunicaión desde el inicio de nuestra búsqueda, abiertos a contestar preguntas, dudas y sobre todo a darnos las mejores recomendaciones. El servicio contratado con respecto al precio superaron nuestras espectativas, organizaron absolutamente todo. Los lodges donde nos hospedamos fueron increíbles donde la amabilidad, el cariño y el servicio brindado por parte del personal fue impresionantemente asombroso.
Sin embargo la "guinda de nuestro pastel"(lo mejor de todo) fue nuestro guia, un hombre muy profesional, amable, intiligente y sobre todo un gran conocedor de su pais y de la naturaleza. Nos cuidó y brindó un excalente servicio durante todo nuestro viaje. Pudimos divisar muchos animales gracias a él e incluso leones cazando, condujo sobre caminos muy difícilies y siempre estuvo abierto a responder todas nuestras preguntas. Al final del viaje recivimos de manera inesperada un souvenir por parte de la empresa, fueron muy amables. Sin duda alguna recomendamos esta empresa, no hay palabras suficientes para expresar todo lo que verdaderamente experimentamos, estamos muy agradecidos por todo lo que hicieron para que vivamos una experiencia inolvidable. Extremely happy to have hired this safari company, they worked very professionally. They provided constant communication from the beginning of our search, open to answer questions, doubts and above all to give us the best recommendations. The service contracted with respect to the price exceeded our expectations, they organized absolutely everything. The lodges where we stayed were amazing where the friendliness, caring, and service provided by the staff was impressively amazing.
However the "icing on our cake" (best of all) was our guide, a very professional, friendly, intelligent man and above all a great connoisseur of his country and nature. He took care of us and provided an excellent service throughout our trip. We were able to spot many animals thanks to him and even lions hunting, he drove on very difficult roads and was always open to answer all our questions. At the end of the trip we unexpectedly received a souvenir from the company, they were very friendly. Without a doubt we recommend this company, there are not enough words to express everything we truly experienced, we are very grateful for everything they did to make us live an unforgettable experience. Friendly, organized and very well informed.
We were booked on a double gorilla trekking experience in Rwanda and Uganda. Dickson, the tour operator was helpful every step of the way, including prior to us finalizing our booking. Norman, our private tour guide did an amazing job. We loved our tour and will certainly book again with Hooves of Africa. I highly recommend them. Both Dickson and Norman take customer service very seriously and pride themselves on giving their clients the best experience ever. They definitely made the trip a huge success. They are very reliable and well informed.
