Amazing
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a tour to Arusha National Park with Ngao Tour Company, accompanied by two friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The tour was led by the owner himself, who not only showcased his extensive knowledge of the park but also brought an infectious cheerfulness that made the entire trip even more enjoyable.
From the moment we set off, it was clear that ensuring we had a fantastic time was a top priority. Our guide was incredibly enthusiastic and went out of his way to make sure we saw all the key sights. His determination to find the Big 5 was evident, and we were thrilled with the wildlife encounters we experienced.
One of the highlights of the trip was a beautiful lunch by the lake. The serene setting provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal, and it was a wonderful opportunity to soak in the natural beauty of the park. The tranquility continued as we visited the Meru Mountain waterfalls, where we enjoyed the peaceful ambiance.
Throughout the trip, the Ngao Safaris company's passion for wildlife and dedication to providing an exceptional experience shone through. Our safari with Ngao Africa was the best possible experience. In planning our safari, they were very helpful in curating an experience that maximized what we saw with our time and financial constraints. On the first day when I was sick, they were flexible and empathetic and made sure I had everything I need to get better. We were then able to see all 5 of the Big 5 between Serengeti and Ngorongoro, which is extremely lucky! When we faced some challenges with our travel at the end, they were more than willing to help out and make sure we got home safely. Moses and the whole team at Ngao went above and beyond to help us have an amazing time; I HIGHLY recommend using their services for any safaris you are considering planning. The kindness, generosity, humor, and attitude of all the guides put us at ease and made for an incredible safari. Truly could not recommend a tour operator more!

Anwsome Experience
I had such a wonderful day in the Serengeti Park with my guide Mosses from Ngao Safaris. He took care and made sure I get to see the animals I most wanted to see. He spend some time looking for them without giving up even if it took more time. Thank you for this amazing experience ❤️

Incredible Safari Experience with Ngao Safari
Traveling with Ngao Safari was truly an unforgettable experience. From the outset, they were highly responsive and went above and beyond to tailor a tour that perfectly suited our needs. Exploring the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, made even better by our exceptional guide, Moses. His deep knowledge of the wildlife and the rich history of the areas we visited added so much depth to our journey. A great local, experienced and friendly team for all your safari activities.
Great and amazing experience for our first Safari tour. They were an amazing team who taked care of us from the arrival to departure. They planned for us the stay in a great lodge Camp, safari game drive and Balloon. They provide you with everything you need as water and other facilities if needed. great attention to us and our expectations. They really got benefit of all the time possible to see animals and the Serengeti park.
They answer you quickly on WhatsApp or email, great communication. We would choose them again and highly recommended.
