Train ticket assistance - responsive and helpful!
We did not have time to go on a safari with Adept on this trip, however Elizabeth helped us book tickets on the Express train when we were unable to open our own M-Pesa account from the United States. Elizabeth was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Given the prompt and thorough assistance we received, I’m convinced that any tour offered by this company would run smoothly - they clearly take care of their customers. Highly recommend this agency!

A true example of Hakuna Matata, I left it all in his hands. He made me feel safe and welcomed.
It was nice to go on a trip where all I had to do was decide what I needed to wear for that day because everything was done for me. The drivers took the time to get to know me and share their knowledge about the animals. Every hotel was good and relaxing. the food was AMAZING!!! The tour company kept me informed along the way until the day before I left - checking in, answering questions (there was no question big or small), prompt pick up and drop off to and from the airport. The company really cares about the happiness of the client and will do what is humanly possible to make your safari dreams come true.

WE could spend quite secured trips from Nairobi Airport to Conference hotel, all venues during conferences and go back to the Airport safely. The office arranged some optional tours according to the requests from each guests. We spent a quite nice time at Nairobi during conferences. Most participants enjoyed the life at Nairobi.

Very accommodating - excellent service - very polite
We had a great time on a three day safari out of Nairobi to to slopes of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park. An excellent friendly driver, Ben, who knew the park well, with very good hotel services in tented lodges.
