Terrible Experience with Bestprice Tours
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Bestprice Tours during our recent safari trip. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for, and it was marred by numerous issues that made our adventure incredibly frustrating.
Firstly, the vehicle provided was old and in poor condition, which rendered our safari nearly impossible. We faced constant breakdowns that severely impacted our ability to enjoy the wildlife and scenery. Additionally, the hotel accommodations were not fully paid for, despite us having settled all costs prior to the trip. This added unnecessary stress to our experience.
Moreover, the entry tickets and procedures for the national park were not prepared in advance, leading to extensive waiting times that further detracted from our safari experience. We encountered many other issues that collectively turned what should have been an exciting adventure into a regrettable ordeal.
In our frustration, we reached the point of requesting to cancel the remaining services and receive a refund so we could find another provider for the last three days of our program. We are set to leave the country today, yet we have yet to receive the promised refund that was assured to us.
I would not recommend Bestprice Tours based on our experience. It is crucial for travelers to choose a reliable company that values customer satisfaction and delivers on its commitments.

Broken car, bad planing, have to pay extra cost for hotel
Terrible experience with this company. Our safari was plagued with issues. The car broke down on the first day, forcing us to wait for hours. We had to arrange our own rescue and pay for it. The car was still broken the next day, delaying our pickup by 9 hours and causing us to miss the migration. We also incurred unexpected costs at our hotel, which the company promised to reimburse but has yet to do. I strongly advise against using their services.

Irresponsible tour company
Our safari trip with Best Price Tours LTD turned into a nightmare when our vehicle broke down in the middle of the night in a remote area. We were left stranded in the wilderness with no assistance from the company. The staff showed a complete lack of concern for our safety and well-being. This was the most terrifying experience of my life. I would strongly advise against booking any tours with Best Price Tours LTD.

Worst Safari Experience. The car provided was old, rickety, and almost fell apart.
Our safari trip to Tanzania, which was supposed to be a dream adventure to witness the Great Migration, turned into an absolute nightmare. From the start, the trip was a disaster. The car provided was old, rickety, and almost fell apart before we could even reach the Serengeti. We were left stranded in the desert at night, with no help from the tour company. We had to call for rescue.
The next day was equally disastrous. Our driver tried to fix the car but failed miserably. We spent hours arguing with the tour company, but they offered no real solution. Frustrated, we had no choice but to switch to another tour company to salvage the rest of our trip. We ended up planning everything ourselves and demanding a refund from the original company.
And now, to make things worse, the company has gone completely silent. Despite originally agreeing to refund us, they have not returned a single penny. We’ve been waiting for far too long, and their lack of response is unacceptable. Until we receive our refund, this review will remain as a warning to others: Avoid this company at all costs!

Poor Time Management
Bestprice Tours displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Their poor time management resulted in our group wasting a lot of time waiting around. Services were not prepared in advance, forcing us to sit idly while we could have been enjoying our trip. This is not how a travel company should operate!

Could not see animals in Serengeti National Park
Our safari experience in Serengeti was utterly disappointing. Despite being in the middle of migration season, we didn’t see a single animal. Instead of enjoying exciting wildlife moments, we were left bored in the vehicle.

Punctual, high-quality and interesting!!!
Punctual, high-quality and interesting!!! They picked us up exactly to the minute. On the way to the safari we stopped at the office, where in addition to the payment we were given some nice gifts. I really liked the safari itself, lots of animals. Almost all of the big five, except for the rhino! To see more, I recommend taking at least a two-day tour. We simply didn't have time for this because we were going to Kili. There was also a great lunch and then some more safari. And all this for relatively little money.

With Best Price tours we went for 1 day to Tarangire National Park from Moshi. I want to say a big thank you to our team!
We saw lions, elephants, buffaloes, a leopard, from afar, zebras, several species of antelopes, giraffes, monkeys, birds. The park is mostly bush, but in September the grass was scorched and the bush was clearly visible.
I will note a few points:
1. Kelvin answered very quickly, was always on connect.
2. We were picked up from the hotel on the minute.
3. The price included various snacks, cola and lunch (chicken, egg, juice, cupcake ...).
4. Before the safari, Kelvin asked if we were vegetarians in order to cook lunch.
5. The guide and driver were friendly and positive.
6. The safari was only for our team, no another people in the car.
7. Good clear organization.
8. Pleasant and useful gifts from Kelvin.
9. Really the best price, we looked at other offers, but Kelvin offered a better one. We didn't need champagne for lunch, as for companies whose price was 2 times higher. And the rest was the same as the others.
10. We were picked up and brought back to Moshi and this transfer was free. Although I know that many people pick up for free only from Arusha, and from Moshi to Arusha it is still 2.5 hours.
The trip exceeded our expectations. I recommend riding with Kelvin!
