Very good and professional
We booked a Half Day Game drive at the Nairobi National park with my wife and the experience was beyond amazing. Joseph handled everything very professionally and assigned a very professional guide, Musa, who picked us from our hotel on time and gave us a very detailed tour at the park. Their price was also very reasonable for a 4X4. Highly recommend RoyalChoice!

Superb services
We had a very unforgettable safari at Lake Nakuru park and Masai Mara with RoyalChoice. A Kenyan contact recommended Joseph having done a trip with then and we were not disappointed.
From the onset, all our queries were answered promptly. Joseph recommended Emayian camp for Masai Mara and Sarova Lion hill in Lake Nakuru. We had drinks included at Emayian while at Nakuru, drinks were payable extra.
Dennis, our guide for the 4-day trip was professional and had profound knowledge in game drive and guiding. We saw the big five at Masai Mara and plenty of birds too at Lake Nakuru National Park.
Truly an amazing safari experience for my family!

Recommended through a friend,We travelled To Northcoast Mombasa for Boyfriends Birthday in June 2024 and had the best experience with our selection of Hotel.
We had a tight budget and Joseph helped us navigate through and customized a package that perfectly fit our Budget
We stayed 2 nights 3 days at Neptune Beach Hotel ,located on the shores of Bamburi beach.I initially had less expectations but ended up liking it more
We checked in earlier that normal check-in time as we arrived early morning and the hotel was kind enough to allow us early check in
Later we woke up and requested for a better view hotel & to our surpise they agreed to shift us at no extra cost
The menu's fitted our requirements and we had access to an All Inclusive package that included unlimited alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks,beers ,food and snacks.
The Hotel Rooms were clean and equipped with all accessories including a blow drier,a kettle to fix coffeee and a fridge
The linen sheets were changed frequently and the Housekeeping staff was very kind with us
Pool area was well maintained with clean towels.We had full access to the beach and enjoyed beautiful sundowners in the evenings enjoying our cocktails
Staff generally were my favorite part - they were friendly and very committed to supporting us - big shout out to Joseph house keeping,Frederick at the bar,Lilian from the reception and the Chefs at the restaurant
Our taxi -Martin Luther was also in time both picking us and dropping us off.Thank you Joseph for making our trip super amazing and I definately look forward to travelling again with Royal Choice

Informed, Personalized and Excellent Customer Servuce
For me, a safari is not about giving me a generic deal but rather one that speaks to my needs. And Joseph met exactly that. He’s well informed about the parks, accommodation and services, and gave me a tailored package that met just what I wanted. And when it came to the safari, it was amazing thanks to the extremely knowledgable driver/guide who knew exactly where to get what and took us to all the spots to catch the big five and more animals. Masai Mara is magical, and I experienced just that through his guidance…it was definitely an experience of a lifetime and I’ll happily return or choose Royal Choice for any other safari. Communication and response level were also topnotch and Joseph is very accessible and friendly…makes the whole experience amazing and value for money!

I want to give a big thanks to Royal Choice Travel for organizing our amazing trip to Masai Mara in April. My friend Nimmo and I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful landscapes and seeing incredible wildlife like giraffes and lions. We had an amazing trip with royalchoice travel. The guide was a gem, friendly very knowledgeable making sure that he found the most incredible sights you’ll ever see like the lioness teaching her cubs how to hunt. This company is 10 out of 10 recommend!!! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was so nervous at first traveling from the U.S solo as a female to a foreign country. Let me tell you it was the best thing I've ever done! Safety was top 10 and I had no worries. I went to Tanzania,Kenya (Nairobi,mombassa and Diani beach) Such outstanding customer service. They treat you like family. I am already planning for my return. Book right away as they are very popular! My favorite was all the safaris and all inclusives. Thank you royal choice!
