Con artist. Scam
We were at Baobab Hotel Mombasa. Joseph did not pay for our hotel stay there. We trusted him with about 400,000. We had to pay for our stay again at Baobab. He refused to pick calls even from the management. He is a wanted man. His case is with the Diani Police Station. Please, please do not get scammed by Joseph.

Unreliable services
Quite a disappointment!! It's run by a one-man show called Joseph who will ask you for payment in exchange for "a very good package." From the online reviews and his licensed documentation, you would think he is trustworthy. However, trust him at your own peril. Once you pay him the full amount, he will disappear and never pick up your calls. He will not remit your payment to the hotel; we believe he scammed us. Please avoid this Royal Choice travel agency.

Joseph is a conman. He only steals clients' monies. Baobab is looking for him to pay a bill of 162,200, clients' monies, that he squandered and did not pay. Joseph is a thief. May God unleash spiritual mob justice on him and heap upon him perpetual shame and disgrace in Jesus' name. Amen. Please ask him to pay Baobab KES 162,200/= now. Do not deal with this Joseph of Royalchoice Travel Limited.

I want to give a big thanks to Royal Choice Travel for organizing our amazing trip to Masai Mara in April. My friend Nimmo and I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful landscapes and seeing incredible wildlife like giraffes and lions. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the nights under the starry sky were unforgettable. Everything was well-planned and smooth, making our experience truly special. Informed, Personalized and Excellent Customer Servuce
For me, a safari is not about giving me a generic deal but rather one that speaks to my needs. And Joseph met exactly that. He’s well informed about the parks, accommodation and services, and gave me a tailored package that met just what I wanted. And when it came to the safari, it was amazing thanks to the extremely knowledgable driver/guide who knew exactly where to get what and took us to all the spots to catch the big five and more animals. Masai Mara is magical, and I experienced just that through his guidance…it was definitely an experience of a lifetime and I’ll happily return or choose Royal Choice for any other safari. Communication and response level were also topnotch and Joseph is very accessible and friendly…makes the whole experience amazing and value for money!
