4 days private safari tour
We were very happy with our guide.
He was caring about us all the time to make sure if everything was alright with us.
During the safari, he did make efforts to show as many animals as possible to us. He was polite, careful and gentle. Thanks to his professional services, we could have a great time.
Unfortunately we had a negative experience. A room that they prepared for us at Nakuru lake was a disappointment. The room was full of flies. There were bugs crawling even on the pillow. The worst thing was that there was only cold shower.
It was definitely not fair for the price that we have paid for the tour.
However, since the guide did extraordinary work, we could overcome the negatives and overall, we were happy with Milana tour.

Milana is simply the best!
My friends and I visited Kenya for a 3 day safari and it was nothing short of perfection. Being our first time visiting Kenya we had to source for the ideal tour company which we felt safe travelling with. Milana Tours and Safaris came in and did the job. They helped us plan the perfect itinerary. We had the best 3 days in Mara, we saw almost all the top 5 animals upclose thanks to our guide Simon. We will definitely book with them in future.

THE BEST SAFARI TOUR
Definitely Milana Tours are THE BEST!!! Last month we visited Kenia so we were looking for a company that could help us in our safaris, we found Milana and we read all the great reviews so we decided to book with them…. Was the best decision, we had a private safari in Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara…. Anthony and the driver have a lot of experience, we could see the big 5 and had many experiences that we will keep forever…. Genuine with the clients objectives at heart, ensuring satisfaction and beyond.
Generally It was amazing and the team had my objectives at heart.
Preparation
I was well furnished with the preparation info, that includes the body and mind setting and then the gears. Apparently they did not insist on those expensive gears of must have. We literally worked with the existing wardrobe and just a few purchases here and there to make me comfortable at the high altitudes. Ideally the trip began before the trip.
Implementation.
Apparently I realized I was the only client who had booked for the trip but to my surprise it wasn't cancelled. The company ensured I had a guide,potter, a chef as had been planned and there was no compromise. The team in the field was an awesome support as they ensured I was comfortable, actually over comfortable. The meals, the encouragement, the knowledge on the trails and other physical features, the discussion and debates about the flora and fauna were rich. The names of the birds in the moorland, the habitats of the high altitudes like the mountain chats, the francolin, the kite, mountain cabbage, giant lobelia, giant eater and such amazing discussions that made us more of team than just client and service provider kinda relationship.
My ultimate desire was not to try to reach Lenana. It was to touch Lenana peak. This was achieved through Milana Tours and Safari as they gave explicit guide and support.
I wouldn't hesitate to mention Milana Tours and safaris to anyone who is looking for a team to help tour around Kenya and Africa at large.
