The safari guides knew exactly where to go to see game animals. it didn't take long to observe the wonderful wildlife the massai mara is known for. Can't wait to return !

Most incredible experience

Totally exceeded my expectations!

Maybe I was just naive but it totally exceeded all of my expectations! Pete from Pavillion tours ensured that, the accommodations at Sarova Mara were just wonderful. I was thinking "tent" as in camping on the ground in sleeping bags not huge tents with king sized beds and solar heated water. The food selection was great too- buffet style, lots of choices and always something for everyone even the kids. The weather was perfect! No rain, few clouds. It was pretty warm during the day so after an early morning safari run we would just hang out by the pool until the sun started to go down. Our guide, Alex, was great! We got to see the "Big 5" on our first outing!! Lots of zebra, giraffes, elephants, buffalo, lions, antelope. But I didn't expect to see nearly every animal that would be in the reserve. The hippos at the river were great! Lots of great birds too. My favorite was the lilac breasted roller. I highly recommend Pavillion Safari!

Strongly Recommend Pavillion Safaris!
5/5

Great tour with fantastic guides, who go above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Over a single evening safari around Masai Mara NR we were able to see all the major animals. Reasonable pricing and good organization overall. Would definitely book again with Pavillion Safaris!

Fantastic experience
5/5

We went on a one night Masai Mara trip. It was an amazing experience. We had a nice group of people coming with us, and a great driver. The lunch on the way was nice. We got to our accommodation which had lovely staff. Then the drive around the safari was such a fantastic experience- with only 3 hours we saw all the animals. The driver was very attentive and explained everything to us and made sure we don’t leave the safari before seeing all the main animals. It was super fun experience and I recommend !

I went on an 8 day safari.
5/5

I booked an 8-day tour. I was able to go to all the safaris I wanted to go to in Kenya in those 8 days! Since I was on my own with a shared tour, Peter arranged for us to share the ride with a few safari companies. The guides that Peter arranged for us were very professional and we had a great time during the 8 days! There was a mishap along the way, but they dealt with it right away, which was very helpful. Communication is smooth and very reassuring.
It was my first time in Kenya, but I got to see lots of animals, there were plenty of options available and I had a great time! Africa is far from Japan, but thanks to Peter I want to come to Kenya again.

It covered many famous parks and lakes under reasonable time and price.
5/5

Peter from the company is very helpful, organised and proactive with communications & questions. We chose the budget tour but covered most of the most famous national parks and lakes. WiFi on the campsites were a bit slow and could only be accessed in public areas. Tents in Kenya are better than we expected as they are spacious with mosquito nets, beds and beddings as well as a private bathroom and toilet in the tents. Accommodations is Tanzania were not as good as those in Kenya, tents were actually tents without lightings. Toilet facilities could do better actually. With a budget safari tour, it covered what the itinerary says. We saw the big five games and many many more other wild lives within this memorable 10 day Safari tour which was satisfying. We had a good time and made many friends too. Thanks Peter.
