caring tour operator
I got in tour with various tour Operation via safari.com . Ariana gave me the best price straightway , I took safari for Amboseli, Tangerine, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Co-ordination was the key here and Ariana took great pains in doing that.
I was briefed first in Nairobi. Then I went to Amboseli with driver Mr. Joseph ( Great guy and with such wealth of knowledge ). After finishing Amboseli. Mr. Joseph drop me at Namanga border and has handed over to their representative , who helped to get the visa formalities and got bus ticket. Bus dropped me at my hotel ( that was a pleasant surprise ). Next day Mr. Julies picket me up and with him I undertook safari at Tangerine and Serengeti. Magical Safari I must add here.
Mr. Julies then handed me over to another driver, with whom I took safari to Ngorongo and later he dropped me to my hotel in Arusha . Next day one gentleman came to my hotel in car to pick me up and help me board the bus to Nairobi. This time bus didn't dropped to my hotel in Nairobi but close by.
I was doing solo safari ( joining the groups ) , Co-ordination was the key and Ariana took the cake here. I didn't faced any problem any where.
Thanks Ariana for all the help, Will definitely come back with Zanzi Africal safaries next time too

Unforgettable safari experience
We booked an 11D10N private budget safari package with Zanzi covering Kenya and Tanzania. Ariana was very prompt in responding to our enquiries and provided suggestions and advises even when we were still deciding on tour companies. Throughout the safari she often checks on us to make sure that we are ok.
The places that we visited were all beautiful and it felt surreal being so close to the animals. It was even more enriching because of our knowledgable guides cum driver cum caretaker.
Titus, our guide in Kenya was very enthusiastic and encouraged us to ask questions. He entertained all our questions even the silly ones. We had fun having quiz sessions with him to test our memories and understanding of what we saw and learnt.
We entered Tanzania through Isebenia where were handed into the safe hands of our Tanzanian guide Hoza. He is a calm and fatherly figure who have a wealth of knowledge and experience and we learnt so much from him. He was also very patient in addressing the many many questions we had. In the Tanzanian leg of our journey, we had our own private chef, Nathan who was amazing. He provided 3 delicious and very filling meals a day for us.

Bespoke package with knowledgeable guides
I will choose Zanzi African Safaris again if I return to Kenya or Tanzania. Ariana is very accommodating; she did her best to tailor the package according to our preferences. She also recommended what would suit us best. She is easy to communicate with.
As for the guide, we were fortunate to have Titus. He is well-spoken and always answered our questions about the safaris. Not only that, but he also provided clear and detailed explanations. He’s passionate about his work and very friendly!
We covered both Kenya and Tanzania in 11 days, traveling through Isebania and returning to Kenya via Arusha. While in Tanzania, Ariana checked in on us regularly and always made sure we were well taken care of.

Very kind and take care of every aspects
Amazing experience in reasonable price. Remotely consider every aspects for my travel. Once landed on airport and walk out they would take charge of everything, safari, meals, accomodations... Basically, you do not need to spend money at all unless you want to buy something else.
The drivers (I have changed vehicles for different destination) are all very experienced.

Amazing Safari Experience – Felt So Taken Care Of
From the moment I landed, we felt so welcomed! The team was super friendly and made everything so easy. Before I arrivethe country. They were always quick to respond. I enjoyed that I could chat with Ari directly on WhatsApp. Thank you Ari for everything
For the Tanzanian part of our trip, everything was perfectly organized. The transfers were always on time, and the drivers were so kind and friendly (Specially the driver that pick me up from the airport and my hotel in nairobi!
Overall, this safari went over my expectations and the price are very good. I am grateful for how well we were taken care of. I really recommend!

This tour was well organised we had fantastic communication throughout the trip and in the build up.
This tour was so much fun and well organised. I didn’t have to worry about anything and Ari was great with me and the communication was amazing. I saw all the big 5 animals plus many more. You get up so close to them. A dream come true.
