Wild Wings Safaris exceeded our expectations for planning and delivering a trip of a lifetime.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We booked our full trip - the 5 day Best of Kruger safari, 2 days at Naledi private game reserve, a trip to Victoria Falls (including rafting) and a week in Cape Town - all through the incredible team at Wild Wings. Gavin planned everything to the last detail and created the perfect customized trip for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us figure out how to get the most bang for our buck. He took care of all the flights, transfers and details - leaving us some unscheduled time to create our own itinerary and explore - and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We even had a chance to meet him while on Safari as he was there on a family trip during the same time! The folks at Wild Wings - from planning with Gavin to our Safari guide, Nikki, are professional, fun and passionate about their work. Nikki went above and beyond for our trip - taking the time to answer questions, seeking out the big game and sharing her deep knowledge of the animals and landscape. We can't believe how lucky we were to see every single animal on our list - including the big 5 and then some. I would absolutely recommend the 5 days in Kruger because you get to stay at different camps and see different types of animals, environments, etc... it is the full experience and you will never be bored! We wanted a mix of affordability, a few nights of luxury and some serious adventure and Wild Wings delivered beyond our dreams. Every hotel, meal, experience they recommended was excellent. Trust me... call Gavin!

Everything was perfect!
I cannot thank Corlie and WWS enough for an amazing trip for my parents and grandmother. I was nervous as I was not traveling with them and it was their first trip to South Africa. Corlie was amazing! She listened to my every request and established the perfect trip. Airport transportation was just as scheduled with an engaging and knowledgeable driver. Upon arrival at Mohlabetsi Safari Lodge, my family could not have been more impressed. Great lodge, with a wonderfully friendly staff and great food. All game activities were perfect, with the guide and tracker offering a detailed education on everything they encountered. The family saw more animals than they ever dreamed of, they were in awe. Thank you again WWS and especially Corlie, I would give 6 stars if I could!
This tour operator is excellent and pays careful attention to detail.
We can’t thank you enough for organizing and executing a fantastic African adventure.
The accommodations were first rate, the transfers were seamless and we didn’t experience a bad meal, our entire journey.
We saw more wildlife than we could have hoped for and had some unique experiences.
We watched a leopard in a tree, fifteen feet away, with it’s fresh kill.
The men loved that experience of course.
Our guides were personable and informative and shared many wildlife facts, as well as interesting facts about the country, culture, people etc.
A special mention should go out to Wienand Peens, from the Motswari Reserve.
He was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure our experience was a memorable one.
We thoroughly enjoyed our River cruise, in Chobe.
The River Cruise in Victoria Falls was extremely well done.
The complimentary appetizers and beverages, were a nice touch.
Our transfer drivers were all extremely personable, informative, courteous and timely.
Our self drive was a great adventure, that I would strongly recommend to other travellers.
Our B&B’s along the way, were outstanding.
We travelled through Swaziland and stopped at many interesting towns, on our way to Cape Town.
It was interesting to drive through the many towns and see first hand, how the residents moved through their daily activities.
Unfortunately, there was a great deal of poverty, which was difficult to see, however, despite their struggles, the people we had the opportunity to interact with, could not have been more pleasant and accommodating.
Overall, we were thrilled with every aspect of our African experience and could not have expected a more unique experience.
We thank you sincerely, for your careful attention to every detail and ensuring that we were in good hands, during every aspect of our trip.
You gave us an unforgettable experience, while keeping within the restraints of our proposed budget.
We would definitely recommend and promote you, and Wild Wings, to anyone and everyone that we encounter, interested in enjoying the experience of a lifetime.
Once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for making a lifelong dream, a beautiful, unforgettable experience.
Sincerest regards,
Lisa Altamuro

The trip was well planned and organised. Transfers and accommodation flowed seamlessly
Well done - there was background information on travelling in Africa, tours were fantastic especially Chobe - a highlight! Clare was very supportive and worked hard to ensure we weren’t too much out of pocket when we had to reschedule our trip due to a family illness.

Amazing
from start to finish the whole thing has been amazing . It was nerve racking at first using a S/A based agent to organise our tour here from the UK but using a company that has the local expert knowledge paid off . After a few months of discussion back n forth via email we finally settled on a trip that suited us ( father n daughter) 15 days to include kruger NP, cape town n zimbabwe with additional activities booked. Im just back from that trip and i can honestly say we've been amazed at how smooth the whole process has been, and how wonderful the accomodation has been at every destination. The whole trip went as planned in the itinerary . From the transfers to the activities we booked to the hotels we stayed at. We've had the best few weeks in africa that we will definetely be coming back at some point in the future

Yet another great holiday with Wild Wings
My seventh trip with Wild Wings, with more to come I hope.... I go on safari every year, and have always used Wild Wings to organise my travel. From the superb organisation in their George office (thank you Madi) to our trips with Simon in Kruger (many thanks again, Simon) to the wonderful lodges I've stayed in over the years (particularly Elephant Plains and the wonderful Kambaku River Sands), I can't recommend Wild Wings highly enough. They deserve all the plaudits they receive.

Wild wings organized the perfect safari for us!
I cannot overstate how amazing our Safari was- we loved it! Madi with Wild wings arranged our transportation to and from Johannesburg and booked our stay at Bateleur Camp. At Bateleur the people, the accommodation, the food, the guides, and the game drives were all perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a combination of luxury mixed with the bush. But if you don't like loud animal sounds at night or encountering antelope on the path while walking to breakfast it may not be the camp you. Thank you to Madi and Wild Wing for all your help coordinating this trip. You made everything easy and stress free!

Absolutely amazing, stress free, excellent!!
My dad and I travelled to SA together for 10 days in February. We had a few days in Capetown, did a 4 day safari at Inyati game lodge, Sabi Sands game reserve and finished off with a full day in Johannesburg. What an absolutely amazing experience!! Madi booked everything for us and it couldn't have been better. Everything from drivers, accommodation, domestic flights was arranged and we only had to think about having fun and enjoying ourselves. We rate everything a 10+ :-). We had an unforgettable experience and want to thank Madi and Wild Wings for this awesome trip! We HIGHLY recommend them! Nothing is too much trouble, such an easy way to book and travel. We also travelled with Wild Wings 2 years ago and had the same experience. If you want a stress free trip with absolutely nothing to worry or think about, book through Wild Wings!

Trip of a life time!
Excellent and professional service with our tour operator. Exceeded our expectations. Group guide was excellent and took great care of us. Fed well! Accommodations Skukuza were simple and clean as well as whimsical in their design. Saw so much on the safari and learned more so much about the animals and plants. This is so much more than a Big Five adventure. The dung beetle was a blast to watch! Tour operator coordinated pre and post lodging as well as tour of Joburg.

Very professional and friendly tour at a affordable price
Doing the safari with Wild Wings was one the the best decisions in our South Africa trip.
The booking process was very flexible and patient with our requests. The itineraries were very clear and thorough. Even though we communicated only via emails, I felt at ease during the whole process
The tour itself was really well organized. Nikki, our guide was extremely knowledgeable, full of energy, very friendly and always kept the guests needs first. She managed the logistics of whole 5 day safari very well. As an additional bonus, we had an outdoor catering company for the meals (I don't think that is a regular feature)
We managed to see quite a lot wild life, but were unlucky to miss the leopard and cheetah.
All in all it was a great experience that I would definitely recommend at a good price
