An exceptional tour operator that makes every safari a unique and memorable experience.
Charles was always available to help us design our safari route, and he was fantastic.
Our guide, Barto, has been outstanding, always going the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible experience. He has been attentive to the children at all times, found perfect spots and angles to photograph the animals, and every morning we found the vehicle clean with a bottle of water at each seat. He’s always looking for the animals the kids request—giraffes, zebras, gazelles, hyenas, wildebeests, lions, servals, birds, leopards, cheetah... He has infinite patience.
The value for money is the best I have ever found. We will definitely come back to Tanzania. We did a 6-day safari visiting Tarangire, Serengeti, the Migration at Ndutu, and Ngorongoro. The safari was amazing, and the night safari in Tarangire was truly a highlight. The lodges were fantastic (although the Arusha hotel could use a little improvement).
The Maasai African Guides team also made sure to check in on the last day to see what went well and where improvements could be made. Exceptional local tour operators with fantastic communication and problem-solving skills.
his was the best trip of our lives, and we can’t wait to return!

Want to say big thanks for Charles and his team, for great assist during our summit to Kilimanjaro. All team: porters, waiters, cooks and especially guides. Team is professional and very friendly.
Safari was amazing! Driver guide show all hidden animals, so you feel as a hero of “wild animal” tv show.
Organization of all stay was made with best comfort for us. Hotels chosen with love for the client. All our trip stated from meeting in airport, transfer, accommodations, Kilimanjaro tracking and successful summit, we just trust to Charles and he didn’t let us down in our expectations!

Very kind, very professional and know everything in Tanzania
For us the trip didn't was cheap because me and my wife take private service.
Guide and big jeep only for us.
But it worth every dollar we pay because we got the best guide in Tanzania.
He take care of us like I was his son.
We were there in corona period and he help us with the fly to Zanzibar and the fly back to Tanzania and then to Israel.
We got 3 time food everyday and if we wanted to change something in the travel, we just had to say what we want and we get it.
Our guides was Charles and juel and they were amazing people!
For the end, it's 10/10 and I was very happy that I chose Charles the make our trip.
We will back someday and we know witch one will be our guide again;)
