organized and knowledgeable
Travelled for United States and made our tour to Masai Mara and lake nakuru. Tour operator organized memorable and exquisite travel itineraries and vacations for us and we really enjoyed the trip. Our tour was short and planning to plan more days in future. Recommend anyone to contact Simian safaris

Julie is a very kind and friendly staff
She arranged a tour for me at a low price. We have been in contact for several months and she always responded promptly and courteously. I am very satisfied with the tour and glad that I chose her company. I have recommended this company to my family and friends.

Professional and experienced tour guides, tour operator provided us with unforgettable experience
We had an amazing experience with Simian Safaris tour of Tsavo Park. The scenery was spectacular not forgetting the tour guides who made the visits easy from their knowledge of the wildlife therein. I went with my partner and we had an amazing time.
I will definately choose them again for my next holiday trip.

Nyungwe Canopy in Rwanda
Simian Safaris made the trip to Nyungwe easy and enjoyable.
We witnessed unique thrilling forest canopy tour in Rwanda’s Nyungwe National Park; one of Africa’s largest montane forests, rich in biodiversity.
Walking across Nyungwe Canopy Walkway on the suspended bridge at a height of around 70 meters (230 feet) above the forest floor, offered breathtaking views of the rainforest canopy, give us a bird’s-eye perspective of the lush greenery below.
The canopy stretching for about 160 meters (525 feet) is a thrilling adventure for those who enjoy heights and nature.

I recommend you don’t book with Simian Safaris
From our experience, Simian Safaris is not Safe!
We had the worst experience with a safari to Amboseli with this company. They made us first wait for half a day in a gas station waiting for the van.
They also promised a tour that, since the beginning, the driver said it was never planned, even though we paid more more for that specific tour. When we asked for a compensation or a refund, they stopped answering our calls. They even didn’t want to pay the driver for our way back to Nairobi (which was part of the deal and was paid) and THEY LEFT US ABANDONED IN THE NATIONAL PARK with no alternative to come back to the city. After making a lot of pressure from our side, the driver and the lodge, they ended up giving a solution, but our experience was obviously ruined.

Posted on Nov 11, 2024Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with our services. Your concerns are very important to us, and we take them seriously.
We strive to provide personalized attention to all our clients, and we're sorry that you felt otherwise.
However, the lamentations indicated by Victor are vindictive and untrue. There is evidence to the effect that the expectations for a tour organized for him were met under the costs granted, as he successfully went for a game drive at Amboseli National Park, he only wanted an additional day and night paid for by the company but was guided that would have only been possibly done at extra costs which were not factored in the initial plan for his tour.
The adverse review therefore does not represent a reflection of the services offered by the company.
